Hola a toda esa gente linda que hace vida en este espacio, hoy fue un día para consentir a mi familia y vine con muchos ánimos a traerles una deliciosa receta, pienso que en la vida se debe de crear memorias de momentos especiales para que nuestros seres queridos nos mantengan siempre en su mente como lindos recuerdos, así como mantenemos a muchos de nuestros antepasados, han escuchado alguna vez a diversas personas que cuentan anécdotas de su vida y dicen_¡La mejor comida era la de mi mamá! o ¡Es la de mi papá!quizas también, podía ser la abuela la que cocinaba mejor, y eso era porque se esmerabam con amor y nos consentían con sus deliciosas recetas. Así que una de las mejores maneras de crear recuerdo es: ¡La de consentir el paladar de su familia o amigos! hacerles las recetas que más les gustan. Esta receta no tiene una historia de antepasados,es una receta que aprendí hacer hace algún tiempo, buscando alternativas para variar en el día día los menús de almuerzo, y claro le di mi toque personal que se que les gustará, estoy segura que en el momento que la realizen será una de sus preferidas.

Teniendo en mano estos ingredientes les iré explicando cada paso a seguir: Primero tomaremos nuestra pechuga de pollo bien limpia y sin piel, la cortaremos en cubos, luego le agregaremos solo la pimienta al gusto y reservamos.

Ahora es el momento de colocar el caldero en nuestra estufa y cuando se caliente agregamos el aceite de oliva, seguido de nuestro pollo y lo vamos a sellar revolviendo solo por 5 a 7 minutos, tenemos que cumplir bien este tiempo para que nuestra pechuga no se pase del tiempo de cocción y quede bien jugosa.

Acompañé esta receta con una ensalada fresca de lechuga, tomate cherry y cebolla morada, y para mi familia no puede faltar el arroz 🌾 y los plátanos fritos. Les comento que este tipo de pollo con esta salsa también se puede acompañar con pasta 🍝 es una delicia.
