Below is our initial event schedule. While some details are still being finalized, the general plan is ready thanks to the amazing @reiseamateur! To help us organize restaurant bookings and activities more efficiently, we kindly ask for your input.

When will you be arriving in Graz? If possible, we’d love to meet up before the event or get your help with setting up the stage - your support would mean a lot! We also need to know when you plan to leave, as Saturday’s activities depend on the number of attendees. Please share your details via the poll and/or the comments.

Important: We are going to publish a dedicated post related to the Graz Card 72h you will all get for free. In short: Please buy one with your own money on Thursday (if you stay until Sunday) to be able to join every side events and public transport!

The schedule isn’t set in stone just yet, but this is a well-thought-out draft to help you plan your visit and get a sneak peek at the party, presentation day, and all the side events. Some times and locations might shift slightly, but we’ll announce the final version during the opening presentation on Friday. We can not wait seeing this plan become reality together with all of you ❤️

14:30	Doors Open	SPACELEND	Pick up your lanyard, goodie bag, and see who else is attending Hive Creator Days! Parking Info: May 1st is a public holiday in Austria. This means free parking in the "blue zone" near the venue. If no spots are available (likely), you can use the nearby Contipark parking garage.
15:00	Official Opening & Networking	SPACELEND	The first two hours are all about meeting new faces and helping Hive newcomers settle in. Your presence is key to making it a welcoming and exciting start! Want to pitch your project or just meet amazing people? This session is for pure networking and good vibes! Drinks and great company await the 40+ Hivers on site.

10:00	Presentations Round I	SPACELEND	All the presentations are tailored for newcomers who are just discovering Hive. After each presentation, we’ll host Q&A sessions and practical workshops. Seasoned users: don’t worry! We’re setting up a space for insider topics too, such as @distriator, @actifit, proposal discussions and the general Hive chit-chat. The exact agenda will be made based on who’s present and who wants to contribute.

SATURDAY | 03.05.2025 | SOCIAL & ACTIVITIES DAY

10:00	Mountain hike on foot (Cleanplanet walk)	SPACELEND	We will meet at the location and embark on a hike to the top of Schlossberg. While on our path we are collecting litter and trash to serve the nature we are enjoying simultaneously. The team with the most trash collected will win a physical prize sponsored by @cleanplanet!
12:00	Lunch	Biergarten Schlossberg Restaurant
13:30	Down the mountaaaain		We are going to use our Graz Card to get back on ground level.
14:00	Free Time		Your Graz Cards provide free entry to various museums and a guided city tour. Feel free to explore as you wish until we meet for the final event of the day.
17:00	Bus ride with @reiseamateur	tba	@reiseamateur will showcase his bus-riding skills and take us to a traditional "Buschenschank" in the nearby area. If you're looking for authentic Austrian culture, this is an experience you won’t want to miss! This time will maybe change to 18:00. We will let you know when we know :)
18:00	Closing Dinner at the Buschenschank	tba	Also this time could change to 19:00 maybe.
21:30	Heading back to the city		@reiseamateur will return us to the city.
22:30	Beer Saturday		Once again, we’ll celebrate Beer Saturday at a local bar. Let’s come together to celebrate the event and our Blockchain in true Hive style! <3
