Desde mi llegada a la Argentina, me propuse aprender a bailar [***Tango***](https://turismo.buenosaires.gob.ar/es/article/pasi%C3%B3n-por-el-tango). Mientras tanto, me di a la tarea de disfrutar de esta hermosa música, porque en Venezuela, la conocí y aprendí a querer. Además, en casa, siempre se ha escuchado a su mayor exponente, Carlos Gardel. Pasado un tiempo acá en Buenos Aires, descubrí a través de las redes sociales, que iban a dictar unos talleres de [***Tango Zen***](https://www.tangozen.com/tzw-faq). Me llamó la atención su nombre, y comencé a investigar para saber de qué se trataba. >![ingles]Since my arrival in Argentina, I decided to learn to dance [***Tango***](https://turismo.buenosaires.gob.ar/es/article/pasi%C3%B3n-por-el-tango). In the meantime, I took on the task of enjoying this beautiful music, because in Venezuela, I got to know it and learned to love it. After some time here in Buenos Aires, I discovered through social networks, that they were going to dictate some workshops of [***Tango Zen***](https://www.tangozen.com/tzw-faq). Its name caught my attention, so I started to investigate to find out what it was about. ![image.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/numa26/23xAbyToEphdi8Btui4mTv44eVN7Z5ntfwc97F2sFFdPYJhfR8ASwyYSiLxRkMHfy9kbe.png) El Tango Zen resultó ser en efecto, un seminario cuyo protagonista es el tango, pero con la particularidad de que su creador, Chan Park, experimentado bailarín de tango y profesor de meditación, lo elevó a su máxima y sublime expresión, al agregarle la meditación como componente principal, para mejorar la salud emocional y la autoconsciencia a través de la conexión mente y cuerpo. >![ingles]Tango Zen turned out to be, in effect, a seminar whose protagonist is the tango, but with the particularity that its creator, Chan Park, an experienced tango dancer and meditation teacher, elevated it to its maximum and sublime expression, by adding meditation as the main component, to improve emotional health and self-awareness through the mind-body connection. Todos los participantes teníamos que estar puntualmente, pues el salón cerraría a la hora acordada. Al abrirse el portón, había que atravesar un largo pasillo y al final, nos topamos con varias viviendas, donde miradas curiosas tras raídas cortinas, se asomaban discretamente al vernos llegar. When the gate opened, we had to cross a long corridor and at the end, we came across several houses, where curious glances behind threadbare curtains, peeked discreetly when they saw us arrive. My first impression, upon entering, was to find a beautiful and spacious hall, hidden among the old houses of the old Buenos Aires. Los espacios, contaban con el gran salón especialmente diseñado para este tipo de clases, un cafetín pequeño y acogedor, para la hora del receso, con snack, algún pastel y café, entre otros. Allí no penetraba ruido del exterior, pues para este tipo de talleres estaría de más. Así comenzó una primera charla para darnos instrucciones acerca de la mecánica de las clases y los requerimientos individuales. Algo que me llamó la atención era que no hacía falta ni siquiera saber bailar. Hay tres palabras, que definen lo que se debe hacer, para llegar a vivir la magia del Tango Zen. Estas son, ***abraza, camina y transforma***. >![Ingles]The spaces had a large room specially designed for this type of classes, a small and cozy cafeteria for break time, with snacks, some cake and coffee, among others. No outside noise penetrated the room, since for this type of workshop it would be too much. So began a first talk to give us instructions about the mechanics of the classes and the individual requirements. Something that caught my attention was that it was not even necessary to know how to dance. There are three words, which define what you have to do, to get to live the magic of Tango Zen. Para mí iniciarme en el tango a través de este método, constituye un gran acierto. Pues no hay nada mejor que sentir, que lo que haces te sale del alma. En estas ejecuciones, me demostré a mí misma, a pesar de no estar en forma físicamente, que sí podía llevar el compás de un baile tan complicado. >![INGLES]With this method, we learn to listen, to walk, to embrace, to trust each other, to let go of our fears and to travel to the depths of our consciousness. For me, initiating myself in tango through this method is a great success. There is nothing better than feeling that what you do comes from your soul. Para ello, precisamente son estos salones libres de contaminación sónica, para poder lograr resultados positivos. Que en lugar de bailar, vamos a caminar con consciencia, dejándonos llevar para que haya conexión real, Conectarnos con nuestro propio yo, sin dejar de lado a la pareja con la que se debe tener fusión para poder lograr fluidez. Como se observa, para poder asistir a estas clases, entre los requisitos está el llevar ropa cómoda, así no sepas bailar, estás apto para asistir y aprender, así como los que tienen experiencia. Puedes llevar tu pareja, pero igualmente se van a rotar ambos en clase. Las primeras cuatro clases son gratuitas. Luego, para perfeccionar y lograr los objetivos, serían otras ocho clases. Al momento de la inscripción, puedes cancelar el 50%, o el 100%. *** Les cuento que motivada con la publicación del próximo taller de Tango Zen en Buenos Aires, le envié un mensaje al profesor Chan a través del Facebook, donde le agradecía por todo lo que nos ha enseñado, así como también, le agradezco por haber tomado un pedacito del [video](https://web.facebook.com/reel/1211851890075913) donde yo bailaba, para compartirlo en su blog. Allí se demuestra que si tienes confianza el uno con el otro, no hay posibilidad de equivocarse. Esa es la fusión que debe haber en la pareja que ejecuta el tango zen.
