El día de hoy para salir de la rutina, prepare unas deliciosas salchipapas, les cuento que no soy buena para hacer recetas complejas, siempre hago que si arroz, pastas, bisteck, arepas y así; Siempre me toca ayudar a mi madre es cortando aliños y verduras, pero por ser este un platillo sencillo, me anime a prepararlo.

Las Salchipapas originalmente son un platillo colombiano, pero desde hace algunos años lo podemos encontrar en algunos puestos de comida rápida de nuestro país, creo que esto se debe a que muchos Venezolanos han estado viajando a nuestro vecino país; Lo cierto es que son muy sabrosas y lo mejor es que son fáciles y rápidas de preparar, aquí les dejo la receta que utilizo yo:

Kilo y medio de Papas, 650 gramos de Salchichas, Salsa, Mayonesa Mostaza.

El primer paso fue lavar muy bien las papas, luego les quite la piel y las corte en bastones:

Lo siguiente fue freír los bastones de papa en aceite bien caliente:

Luego lave las salchichas y las corte en trozos:

En un sartén con un poco de aceite, freí las salchichas y reserve:

En un recipiente mezcle la salsa, la mayonesa y la mostaza:

Listo los ingredientes, comencé a emplatar mis salchipapas, primero coloque una cama de papas, luego le coloque un poco de ensalada de lechuga con tomates, que me había quedado del almuerzo, seguido puse una capa de salchichas.

Para finalizar le agregue suficiente salsa rosada y le ralle queso blanco
