Hola queridos amigos cibernéticos espero que estén muy bien, otro nuevo día para agradecer a Dios ppr todo lo que tenemos hoy en dia y por lo que viene ☺️... Así que otro día de entrenamiento con mis chicas Fitness 🔥 del estado sucre, municipio libertador - Tunapuy... >Hello dear cyber friends, I hope you are well, another new day to thank God for everything we have today and for what is to come ☺️... Nos tocó caminata a la cumbre de mariano, es un pueblo que es una subida es decir es un cerro, en si llegamos a la mitad del camino donde hay una antena de señal de movistar dónde duramos 42 minutos caminando. >We had to walk to the summit of Mariano, it is a town that is a climb, that is, it is a hill, in fact we reached the halfway point where there is a Movistar signal antenna where we walked for 42 minutes. Luego; realizamos dos paradas uno a la mitad del camino para realizar una series de ejercicio de salto tipo canguro 🦘, abdominales, salto con brazos aleatorios y la segundo subida es cuando llegamos a la antena que es como la mitad de la subida para llegar al pueblo, dónde también se realizó varias series de ejercicios, trote de una cierta distancia, al igual; que caminata rápida, salto en canguro 🦘 y muchos abdominales con piernas aleatorias. Fue sumamente divertido juntó con mi grupo de Libertador en Forma ❤️. >Then; We made two stops, one halfway down the road to do a series of kangaroo jumping exercises , sit-ups, jumping with random arms, and the second climb is when we reach the antenna, which is like half of the climb to get to the town. where several series of exercises were also performed, jogging for a certain distance, as well; What a fast walk, kangaroo jump and lots of abs with random legs.
