Al entrenar con mi compañera de hive y street workout community, ella es Francelis Rebolledo @francelis-29 fue divertido, y entretenido. Ya que ella hace unos dias ella que quería entrenar conmigo y pues tuvimos la oportunidad de hacerlo y lo hicimos, mostrando un poco el poder y nivel en el básico, muy buena compañera de entrenamiento siguió todo los ejercicios a mi ritmo, ya que todo lo que hicimos fue casi sincronizados que fue lo que más me gustó.

Comenzamos con un estiramiento previo ya que a mí en lo personal me gusta estirar un poco antes de comenzar cualquier entrenamiento por lo muy sencillo que sea es muy importante, además que trae muchos beneficios como lo e comentando en otros de mis post ya que ayuda a evitar lesiones, mejor circulación, y muchos otros beneficios más, además no se presentara ningún problema a la hora de una sesión de entrenamiento intenso o pasivo.

Lateralizacion De Cuello. Colocando una de las manos sobre la cabeza de un costado y estiramos suavemente, lo mismo hacemos pero hacía el otro lado, sería izq y der. Esto lo vamos hacer de cada lado cinco segundos hacia la izq y cinco hacia la der.

Estiramiento de pierna a rango completo, vamos hacer una posición de estar de rodillas y vamos a estira una pierna izq hacia el frente lo más que podamos y intentar tocar la punta del pie con las manos izq después recogemos la pierna y volvemos a la posición inicial y lo mismo haremos con la otra pierna y intentar tocar la punta del pie con la mano der, esto lo vamos hacer durante cinco segundos y medio de cada lado. Aqui estaremos estirando el biceps femoral que se encuentra en la parte de atrás de las piernas que está compuesto por dos cabezas y que se sitúan en la cadera posterior del muslo.

Elevación de rodillas vamos a estar de pie una posición normal de pie y vamos a levantar y tratar de llevar la rodilla izq está al pecho está va estar sujeta por la mano izq, y después volvemos a la posición inicial y volvemos hacer lo mismo con el lado derecho. Esto lo vamos hacer durante once segundo de cada lado aquí estaremos estirando lo que sería muslo y glúteos (El muslo el miembro de la parte inferior que se está ubicado entre la cadera y las rodillas. A y hay un hueso llamado femo como bien lo conocemos y está rodeado por tres de grandes músculos que estan agrupados) (Glúteos unos de los músculos más grandes del cuerpo humano que se encuentran ubicados en la parte posterior de la pelvis de atrás del cuerpo humano y está formado por glúteo medio, menor, y mayor).

recibiendo la piernas hacia atrás. Comenzamos con la posición inicial parados normal y levantamos el pie y lo llevamos hacia atrás, si levantamos y llevamos atrás el pie derecho este estará sujeto por la mano derecha, lo mismo del otro lado volvemos a la posición inicial y hacemos lo mismo con el lado izq esto lo haremos durante nueve segundos cada lado. aquí estaremos estirando el cuádriceps (unos de los músculos de las piernas más grandes que se encuentran en el ser humano este se encuentra ubicado en la parte superior de la rodilla y está formado por cuatro músculo).

Pues optamos por un entrenamiento basico pues es lo que se apega más a mi compañera de entrenamiento en esta oportunidad, porque está comenzando y no hay nada mejor para un principiante que comenzar por lo básico, pues trabajamos el trend inferior seguido del trend superior y culminamos con la zona media que sería el abdomen. Trend inferior hicimos sentadilla en diferentes niveles y pues para el trend superior hicimos algunos ejercicios para fortalecer un poco los brazos y algunos músculos de la espalda seguido de este también en la zona media hicimos algunos abdominales y de esta manera trabajamos el cuerpo completo.

Sentadillas con salto muy buenas para un atleta que va comenzado y haciéndose camino en los entrenamientos pues este ejercicio potencializa los músculos y también ayuda mucho con la resistencia muscular. Estos músculos son el glúteo mayor, cuádriceps, entre otros. puedes hacer entre diez repeticiones cuatro series treinta segundos de descanso.

Fondos en banco un ejercicio básico completo ya que es una variante del ejercicio de fondo en barras paralelas tradicional pues con los fondos en banco nos ayuda a tonificar los brazos como también trabajamos el pecho y la zona media que sería el abdomen. los brazos músculos son. Bíceps, tríceps, antebrazos y hombros. En el pecho trabajamos la parte que llamamos pectoral y la pared del pecho. Y en la zona media inconscientemente trabajo el abdomen pero muy poco ya que al realizar el movimiento este se encontrara contraído puedes hacer entre once repeticiones de cuatro series treinta segundos de descanso.
