*`Good day everyone!`* I am really pleased to be making a post on this and also using this medium to welcome you all to my blog once again. Having been off for some time I am glad to be here once again. I did like to base this aspect of writing very much on myself, Haven read and taken a good meaning of what the word stands for and represents, and I am very much excited to be able to share this part of me with you all.

# A RESENTMENT EXPERIENCE

I have always found various means to deal with this feeling, but deep down it has always got to be different, I pretend a variety of times to overlook the feeling and behave as if these circumstances did not occur or had any impact or effect on me. Experiences we have grown up with really take a lot of time to get over no matter how hard we try to suppress such feelings and the after-effects of these experiences. I don't know how many people out there have got through similar experiences, I can only imagine what you have gone through and how you are managing to deal with the feeling. Basically, how I happen to get such an experience from some of my family members. Since I am from a polygamous home I had very much got this feeling of being mistreated. It might not be taken seriously but it actually got to me negatively. The issue was that I was always being undermined and mostly overlooked. What j am trying to let into light here is the feeling of being left out I got as the aftermath of these treatments I got from my senior ones. Being made to feel very much less of a person, I felt very much undermined in all ways and this made me kept mute always at home so I wouldn't steer up reactions to make them talk cause I was very much broken at every word that was mostly said.

I was mostly alone and was mostly praying for them to be away so I could be me. For every time there were around, it was basically a life of pretense I had to live. All those attitudes I got from them fully resent me back then but as time went on I just had to live with it and understood there I was already in and there was no going back on it there is my family and that's all that matters to me. It was really hard to live my life with their presence I was very much a shadow in my own body these were how I felt. I had always tried to be perfect with everything I did back then but there is no such person who did say he/she is perfect in all they did, I had no knowledge of this and I was gradually fading away in my own body. It was very much hard for me to keep going in like that but still I had no choice back then, they might not have known what all this was doing to me I take it to be our own style of training but it's very much from the wrong angle, it's biblical to discipline a child but not make them feel less of a person, not to make them feel unwanted, not to make them feel rejected and many more. I had all this feelings trust me when I say there are very much not good ones to start experiencing from a young age. It has been quite a struggle. From childhood up to this stage I am, I just have to keep fighting to be a better me above all odds.

# OVERCOMING THE FEELING OF RESENTMENT

It has very much been a struggle for me getting to move past all that I have been going through. It was left for me to look for ways to help myself for I was completely alone on this one. I have had a series of struggles with myself both physically, emotionally and otherwise, still I just had to stand strong. I have put into practice many ways and means to help me through this period, most of which proved to be useful to me, some of which are listed below. * **`Having a positive mindset`** It is true there are a lot of things we can achieve when we put our mind to it. I have always have that mindset of making things better for myself and looking for all possible means to improve myself in every possible way I can and also try as much as possible to turn my situation into a win for me. * **`Forgiving and Forgetting the experience & offenders`** So, after everything, learning to forgive too is another way to move past these experiences or the wrong people have happen to commit to us either knowing or unknowingly. It is in our place to try as much as possible to forget all these wrong deeds so we can move on with our lives also not forgiving but learning to forget they ever happened. If we don't find ways to take our minds away from these experiences or incidents they keep coming back to hunt us. * **`Making friends with the right set of people`** Over the years I have very much been really selective about the types of friends I keep. I have been very cautious not to make friends who will end reminding me of my previous predicaments. The right friends will definitely help you pass all sorts of ills you have been feeling and have gone through as a child growing up, the right friends with great mindset are best for the job and trust me they will definitely get you to far distance and help you heal. * **`Emotion acknowledgement`** It is also very important to acknowledge these emotions felt at every moments you were resented for allowing these emotions will help you look for a way to let them all out. If we try to keep this feeling hidden, definitely they will come back in later to hunt us, it will be way too serious later on.

# THE FEELINGS THAT COME WITH RESENTMENT

We are all humans and there are diverse ways in which our emotions manifest. But they stand to be common ways in which most human emotions manifest from the feeling of resentment. * ***`The feeling of invisibility:`*** This is one common feeling we mostly manifest. This emotions we get from feeling resentment come to manifest in us feeling less-than others, we tend to look at ourselves less and this is really not a good way a person should feel. We are all equal in the eyes of our creator so why make others feel less of a person and insignificant? * ***`Continous feelings of hate, and anger:`*** When these experiences come in, there is always the possibility of us getting angry at those situations and there come the feeling of hate. It is quite bad to make a person feel this way. * ***`The feeling of fear and avoidance:`*** Yes, fear comes in from the feeling of recentment. We get afraid, of not knowing what is coming next from what we do and the gravity of what we might be made to feel from the next wrong thing we get done hence this brings in the feeling of avoidance too. Avoiding people, avoiding things we love to do, avoiding speaking up when we need to for fear of being treated unfairly or being made to look less of a person, etc. * ***`The inability to stop ourselves from thinking about the event that caused these emotions:`*** This is very much true, whenever something is wrongly done, and emotions steps in we seriously can't stop our mind from revisiting such event or incident and this only bring back the anger, pain and hate we felt at that moment. This is something we cannot help it keeps coming. The feeling of resentment is something a lot of us have once to twice encounter how we deal with this feeling matters a lot. It will really be great if we turn in all that pain, put in work, and produce great results for ourselves. Working to improve ourselves from that point should be the goal since they treat us like we don't matter it will be great if we treat ourselves as people who matter and work so hard that the results from our hard work debunk all those feelings we were wrongfully made to feel.

*`¡Buen día a todos!`* Estoy muy complacido de hacer una publicación sobre esto y también de usar este medio para darles la bienvenida a todos a mi blog una vez más. Después de haber estado fuera durante algún tiempo, me alegro de estar aquí una vez más. Me gustó mucho basar este aspecto de la escritura en mí mismo, Haven leyó y tomó un buen significado de lo que significa y representa la palabra, y estoy muy emocionada de poder compartir esta parte de mí con todos ustedes.

# UNA EXPERIENCIA DE RESENTIMIENTO

Siempre he encontrado varios medios para lidiar con este sentimiento, pero en el fondo siempre tiene que ser diferente, pretendo muchas veces pasar por alto el sentimiento y comportarme como si estas circunstancias no ocurrieran o tuvieran algún impacto o efecto en mí. . Las experiencias con las que hemos crecido realmente toman mucho tiempo para superarlas, sin importar cuánto intentemos suprimir tales sentimientos y los efectos secundarios de estas experiencias. No sé cuántas personas han pasado por experiencias similares, solo puedo imaginar por lo que has pasado y cómo te las arreglas para lidiar con el sentimiento. Básicamente, cómo obtengo esa experiencia de algunos de los miembros de mi familia. Como soy de un hogar polígamo, tenía mucho ese sentimiento de ser maltratado. Puede que no se tome en serio, pero en realidad me afectó negativamente. El problema era que siempre estaba siendo socavado y en su mayoría pasado por alto. Lo que estoy tratando de dejar salir a la luz aquí es la sensación de estar excluido que tuve como consecuencia de estos tratamientos que recibí de mis superiores. Me hicieron sentir mucho menos como una persona, me sentí muy socavado en todos los sentidos y esto hizo que me mantuviera mudo siempre en casa para no dirigir las reacciones para hacerlos hablar porque me rompía mucho con cada palabra que decía. se dijo mayormente.

Casi siempre estaba solo y rezaba principalmente para que se fueran y poder ser yo. Por cada vez que había alrededor, era básicamente una vida de pretexto que tenía que vivir. Todas esas actitudes que obtuve de ellos me molestaron por completo en ese entonces, pero a medida que pasaba el tiempo, tuve que vivir con eso y entendí que ya estaba dentro y que no había vuelta atrás. Está mi familia y eso es todo lo que me importa. . Fue realmente difícil vivir mi vida con su presencia. Era una sombra en mi propio cuerpo. Así era como me sentía. Siempre había tratado de ser perfecto con todo lo que hacía en ese entonces, pero no existe tal persona que diga que es perfecto en todo lo que hacía, yo no tenía conocimiento de esto y poco a poco me estaba desvaneciendo en mi propio cuerpo. Fue muy difícil para mí seguir así, pero aún así no tenía otra opción en ese entonces, es posible que no supieran lo que todo esto me estaba haciendo. Lo tomo como nuestro propio estilo de entrenamiento, pero es mucho desde el ángulo equivocado, es bíblico disciplinar a un niño pero no hacerlo sentir menos persona, no hacerlo sentir no deseado, no hacerlo sentir rechazado y muchos más. Tuve todos estos sentimientos, confía en mí cuando digo que hay muchos que no son buenos para comenzar a experimentar desde una edad temprana. Ha sido toda una lucha. Desde la infancia hasta esta etapa que soy, solo debo seguir luchando para ser un mejor yo por encima de todo pronóstico.

# SUPERAR EL SENTIMIENTO DE RESENTIMIENTO

Ha sido una gran lucha para mí lograr superar todo lo que he estado pasando. Me quedó a mí buscar formas de ayudarme a mí mismo porque estaba completamente solo en este caso. He tenido una serie de luchas conmigo mismo, tanto física como emocionalmente y de otra manera, aún así, solo tenía que mantenerme fuerte. He puesto en práctica muchas formas y medios para ayudarme durante este período, la mayoría de los cuales resultaron útiles para mí, algunos de los cuales se enumeran a continuación. * **`Tener una mentalidad positiva`** Es cierto que hay muchas cosas que podemos lograr cuando nos lo proponemos. Siempre he tenido esa mentalidad de hacer las cosas mejor para mí y buscar todos los medios posibles para mejorar en todas las formas posibles y también intentar en la medida de lo posible convertir mi situación en una victoria para mí. * **`Perdonar y olvidar la experiencia y los ofensores`** Entonces, después de todo, aprender a perdonar también es otra forma de superar estas experiencias o las personas equivocadas se han comprometido con nosotros, ya sea a sabiendas o sin saberlo. Está en nuestro lugar tratar tanto como sea posible de olvidar todas estas malas acciones para que podamos seguir adelante con nuestras vidas sin perdonar sino aprendiendo a olvidar que alguna vez sucedieron. Si no encontramos formas de alejar nuestras mentes de estas experiencias o incidentes, seguirán regresando para cazarnos. * **`Hacer amistad con el grupo adecuado de personas`** A lo largo de los años he sido muy selectivo sobre los tipos de amigos que mantengo. He sido muy cauteloso de no hacer amigos que terminen recordándome mis problemas anteriores. Los amigos correctos definitivamente te ayudarán a superar todo tipo de males que has estado sintiendo y por los que has pasado cuando eras niño, los amigos correctos con una gran mentalidad son los mejores para el trabajo y créeme, definitivamente te llevarán lejos y te ayudarán. tu sanas * **`Reconocimiento de emociones`** También es muy importante reconocer estas emociones sentidas en cada momento en el que se sintió resentido por permitir que estas emociones lo ayuden a buscar una manera de dejarlas salir. Si tratamos de mantener oculto este sentimiento, definitivamente volverán más tarde para cazarnos, será demasiado serio más adelante.

# LOS SENTIMIENTOS QUE VIENE CON EL RESENTIMIENTO

Todos somos humanos y existen diversas formas en que se manifiestan nuestras emociones. Pero se destacan como formas comunes en las que la mayoría de las emociones humanas se manifiestan a partir del sentimiento de resentimiento. * ***`El sentimiento de invisibilidad:`*** Este es un sentimiento común que mayormente manifestamos. Estas emociones que obtenemos al sentir resentimiento se manifiestan en nosotros sintiéndonos menos que los demás, tendemos a mirarnos menos a nosotros mismos y esta no es realmente una buena forma en que una persona debería sentirse. Todos somos iguales a los ojos de nuestro creador, entonces, ¿por qué hacer que los demás se sientan menos personas e insignificantes? * ***`Sentimientos continuos de odio e ira:`*** Cuando surgen estas experiencias, siempre existe la posibilidad de que nos enojemos por esas situaciones y surja el sentimiento de odio. Es bastante malo hacer que una persona se sienta de esta manera. * ***`El sentimiento de miedo y evitación:`*** Sí, el miedo viene del sentimiento de recientemiento. Tenemos miedo de no saber lo que viene a continuación de lo que hacemos y la gravedad de lo que podríamos hacer sentir por la próxima cosa mala que hagamos, por lo que esto también genera la sensación de evasión. Evitar a las personas, evitar las cosas que amamos hacer, evitar hablar cuando lo necesitamos por temor a que nos traten injustamente o a que nos hagan parecer menos personas, etc. * ***`La incapacidad de dejar de pensar en el evento que causó estas emociones:`*** Esto es muy cierto, cada vez que se hace algo mal y las emociones intervienen, no podemos evitar que nuestra mente vuelva a visitarlo. tal evento o incidente y esto solo trae de vuelta la ira, el dolor y el odio que sentimos en ese momento. Esto es algo que no podemos evitar, sigue llegando. El sentimiento de resentimiento es algo que muchos de nosotros hemos encontrado una o dos veces. La forma en que lidiamos con este sentimiento es muy importante. Realmente será grandioso si entregamos todo ese dolor, nos ponemos manos a la obra y producimos grandes resultados para nosotros mismos. Trabajar para mejorar desde ese punto debería ser el objetivo, ya que nos tratan como si no importáramos. Será genial si nos tratamos como personas que importan y trabajamos tan duro que los resultados de nuestro arduo trabajo desacrediten todos esos sentimientos. injustamente hecho sentir.
