Hola nuevamente estoy por aquí dejando una receta, mi prima quería comer una pasta al pesto pero quería la versión peruana, como saben no son los mismos ingredientes del pesto que estamos acostumbrados, y me parece también que ya antes había hecho una receta similar, pero esta versión está súper mejorada.

Mientras tanto vamos a picar una cebolla grande y la vamos a sofreír con mantequilla, y vamos a agregar 2-3 dientes de ajo, puede ser bien cortados o machacados, yo hace tiempo trituré un montón y tengo una pasta de ellos que puedo usar todo el tiempo, esto tiene que estar muy bien dorado porque de lo contrario da un sabor feo y amargo a la crema.

Ahora esto lo vamos a llevar a una licuadora, nuestra cebolla, nuestras hojas de albahaca y espinaca, vamos a cortar un poco de queso blando como 100 gramos o menos, vamos a añadir un poquito crema de leche y un poquito leche liquida entera para asegurarnos de que tiene una consistencia buena y cremosa, vamos licuando y en este preciso momento es cuando añadimos sal y pimienta a nuestro gusto.

You can also cook this mixture a little along with the spaghetti but for a few minutes and when serving add a little Parmesan.

También puede cocinar un poco esta mezcla junto con el spaghetti pero por unos breves minutos y al servir añadir un poco de parmesano.
