Steemit.com - Why use Steemit?

Steemit is amazing and definetly packs a punch in social networking with some amazing people on here. I predict that steemit will grow in features and grow in masses of new signups as time goes by and that this is just the start of things to come.

How I heard about it

About 3 weeks ago I joined the steemit community after watching a video from

user @jerrybanfield

The video feed @jerrybanfield just turned up on my Facebook feed and it immediately caught my attention.

Some of the things that excited me about learning about from the steemit community that it's main concept being a social network that pays you to blog and puts Facebook as the big social network giant to shame as it is making big money and is not sharing this with its 2.01 billion monthly active users as of June 30, 2017 - https://newsroom.fb.com/company-info/

What I have learned from Steemit so far

Steemit is a social media platform where everyone gets paid for authoring and curating content.
Payments are received after 7 days in your wallet that you will receive after signing up to your Steemit account automatically!
The more effort you put in the more benefits you will reap!
Working hard to share posts of steemit to your Facebook feeds will make the steemit community even bigger!
It pays to be nice not just financially but in influence
You can develop and buildup your reputation!
reading is therapeutically good and educational!
It feels community spirited.
you will be able to ask an audiance of wonderful people questions or be able to share some moments or say anything you like and follow or be followed by people with similar interests.
