Asistir al colegio todos los días, a la misma hora, una y otra vez, se vuelve rutina. 🚍 👩‍🏫 📏✏️ 📚 >Going to work every day, being on time and making assignments becomes routine because we feel obligated to comply. Pero que difícil se nos hace en ocasiones cuando se trata de nosotros, de hacer lo que nos da bienestar, incluso por mucho que nos guste. Cuando se trata de ser constantes para lograr algo que queremos pero que nada ni nadie nos obliga, entonces nos saboteamos. Viene a mi mente la palabra COMPROMISO, ¿Qué tan comprometido estas contigo, con tu cuerpo, con tu salud 🤒, con tu vida? ¿Qué estas esperando para tener el cuerpo que quieres? ¿Qué estas esperando para normalizar los valores en tu sangre 💉 y mejorar tu calidad de vida? ¿Qué estas esperando para iniciar tu emprendimiento 📈, para lograr tus metas? 🏁 ¿Cuántas cosas has dejado inconclusas? ¿Cuándo vas a terminar de leer el libro que has intentado leer por tercera vez, cumplir la dieta que te propusiste, culminar tu carrera y tu tesis de grado, los cursos que congelaste, las rutinas de ejercicio?, 📅 ¿El próximo año? ¿El primer día del próximo mes? ¿El próximo lunes?❓❓... ojalá viviéramos cada día con la misma alegría de un 31 de diciembre 😃 y nos levantáramos con el mismo entusiasmo del 1 de enero, con esas ganas de querer comerte al mundo, de que hoy es el mejor día para tomar acción , decidido de que ahora SI! >But how difficult it is sometimes when it comes to us, to do what gives us well-being, even if we like it. Una rutina. Existe en nosotros un cierto rechazo a esa palabra ❌, y decimos: ¡eso es rutinario 😕! Volver a la rutina 🛬!
