Me encantan los postres fríos en sus diferentes presentaciones. Disfruto de hacer y comer dulces, aunque he perdido el apetito con algunas preparaciones dulces, los postres fríos siempre serán clase aparte para mí. Mi madre solía hacer en casa un dulce de coco con piña, es una combinación de sabor que me encanta y cuando llega el antojo, busco preparar un postre donde combine ambos sabores. Tenía disponible unas plantillas o soletillas, tenía coco y también piña, y siendo un fin de semana largo para mí y ya tenía una serie seleccionada para ver, me propuse a preparar botanas saladas y un postre. > I love cold desserts in their different presentations. Preparé una especie de crema pastelera de piña, que me encantó y fue una receta que surgió en el momento. Mi idea fue hacer un postre por capas con las soletillas e ir intercalando la crema. Las soletillas las embebí en leche de coco con canela y luego las pasé por coco rallado, para potenciar el sabor a coco. Aunque no coloqué fruta fresca, es un postre que se le puede colocar trocitos de piña o duraznos. > This dessert can be prepared in different ways and that in itself is an advantage of cold desserts. Es una excelente idea para vender postres con una presentación bonita. Para decorar, agregué merengue y trocitos de un praliné de coco que me había sobrado de una preparación. Se puede sustituir el merengue por crema chantillí y va a quedar estupendo también y se conserva mejor en refrigeración. - En un bol, colocar los ingredientes para la crema, a excepción de la mantequilla, y mezclar todo muy bien. Una vez espesado, cocinar un par de minutos, apagar el fuego y agregar la mantequilla. La mantequilla se va a derretir y está bien; lo importante es batir para integrarla. Es un postre rápido y práctico, se puede modificar de muchas maneras y es una de las ventajas, para que siempre sea diferente la experiencia de hacerlo y comerlo. Se puede colocar fruta fresca, decorar con chips de coco o piña y se cambia la experiencia. Yo a veces ni le coloco decoración con cremas, solo le pongo fruta picada y es suficiente. > The cold dessert of pineapple with cone is ready.
