Reciban un gran abrazo cargado de mucho cariño para todos los amantes del deporte,nuevamente estoy con ustedes para traerles este post aquellas personas que sientan dolores en sus pies,les recuerdo que no necesariamente debemos llegar a la vejez para sentir dolores en nuestros pies,existe gente joven que también presentan este síntoma debido a varias razones.

Nuestros pies son muy importantes;ya que nos ayudan a movilizarnos,en ellos hay 26 huesos unidos por articulaciones,músculos,tendones y ligamentos;cuando se presenta algún dolor puede ser causa de inflamación o lesión,dando como resultado poca movilidad de los mismos,es importante mencionar que según el tipo de pie,se pueden reflejar algunas partes del cuerpo,los cuales les menciono;el pie plano influye de forma negativa reflejándose en en el raquis,el pie cavo tiene consecuencias en la respiración,el hígado y vesícula biliar,corazón y articulaciones de los hombros,el pie hallux valgus,tiene consecuencias negativas en el raquis cervical,tiroides y corazón.

Ahora bien los dolores en los pies se pueden sentir en cualquier parte de ellos,sea en el talón,el arco,el empeine,la planta o los dedos;esto puede ser debido a:

*Envejecimiento. *Estar parado mucho tiempo. *Tener sobrepeso. *Deformidad en los pies. *Lesión. *Zapatos que no se ajustan bien. *Caminar demasiado o actividad deportiva en exceso. *Trauma.

*Aging. *Standing for a long time. *Being overweight. *Deformity in the feet. *Injury. *Poorly fitting shoes. *Too much walking or excessive sporting activity. *Trauma.

También existen algunas enfermedades que causan dolor en los pies como la Artritis,Gota,Fracturas Oseas,Juanetes,Callosidades,Dedos en martillo,Arcos caídos,fascitis plantar y otras,a continuación les dejo una rutina de ejercicios efectiva para reducir los dolores en los pies,mejorar su flexibilidad,equilibrio y reducir el dolor muscular,favoreciendo la circulación sanguínea y previene futuras lesiones,molestias o patologías.

There are also some diseases that cause pain in the feet such as arthritis, gout, bone fractures, bunions, calluses, hammertoes, fallen arches, plantar fasciitis and others, then I leave an effective exercise routine to reduce pain in the feet, improve flexibility, balance and reduce muscle pain, promoting blood circulation and prevents future injuries, discomfort or pathologies.

Ejercicio 1_Separación de Pies;se separan los dedos de los pies hasta donde sea posible y mantener durante 5 segundos,este ejercicio te ayuda a ganar control en los músculos de los dedos(repeticiones de 10 veces,luego con el otro pie).

Exercise 1_Toe Separation; spread your toes apart as far as possible and hold for 5 seconds, this exercise helps you gain control of your toe muscles (10 repetitions, then the other foot).

Ejercicio 2_Extensión de los Dedos;sentado se coloca el pie en el muslo opuesto,se toman los dedos de los pies con una mano y tira de ellos hacia el tobillo,hasta que se sienta un estiramiento en la parte inferior del pie y en el cordón del talón,este ejercicio es bueno para prevenir o tratar los síntomas de la fascitis plantar,que causa dolor en el talón(repeticiones de 10 veces en cada pie).

Exercise 2_Toe Stretch;sitting place your foot on the opposite thigh,take your toes with one hand and pull them toward your ankle,until you feel a stretch in the bottom of your foot and heel cord.This exercise is good for preventing or treating symptoms of plantar fasciitis,which causes pain in the heel(10 times repetitions on each foot).

Ejercicio 3_Agarra la toalla;colocamos una toalla en el suelo,se pone los pies encima de la toalla y se hace el movimiento de tirarla toalla hacia nosotros,con este ejercicio se fortalece los músculos de la parte superior de los pies y dedos,se puede aumentar la dificultad colocando peso en la toalla(5 repeticiones.

Exercise 3_Grasp the towel; we place a towel on the floor, put our feet on top of the towel and make the movement of throwing the towel towards us, with this exercise strengthens the muscles of the upper part of the feet and toes, you can increase the difficulty by placing weight on the towel (5 repetitions).

Ejercicio 4_Estiramiento del dedo gordo;sentado se coloca el pie en el muslo opuesto,con cuidado se usa la mano para estirar el dedo gordo hacia arriba,hacia abajo y hacia los lados,lejos de los demás dedos 5 segundos en cada dirección,es positivo para aquellas personas que utilizan zapatos cerrados y apretados.

Exercise 4_Stretching of the big toe;seated place the foot on the opposite thigh,carefully use the hand to stretch the big toe upward,downward and sideways,away from the other toes 5 seconds in each direction,it is positive for those people who use closed and tight shoes.

Ejercicio 5_Rueda la pelota o botella;se coloca una pelota o botella de agua congelada en el piso,luego pones tu pie encima y la haces rodar,aumentando o disminuyendo la presión,ayuda a aliviar el dolor del arco y los síntomas de la fascitis plantar(10 minutos cada pie).

Exercise 5_Roll the ball or bottle;a frozen ball or bottle of water is placed on the floor,then you put your foot on top of it and roll it,increasing or decreasing the pressure,helps relieve arch pain and plantar fasciitis symptoms(10 minutes each foot).

Ejercicio 6_Tramo de Aquiles;colocados frente a una pared,se extienden los brazos y las palmas se apoyan en la pared,se coloca un pie detrás de la rodilla recta y se dobla la rodilla de la otra pierna,los talones deben quedar planos al suelo,luego se inclinan hacia adelante desde las caderas hasta sentir un estiramiento en el talón de aquiles y músculos de las pantorrillas todo esto sin despegar el talón del piso,luego se cambien de posición las piernas(30 segundo en cada posición).

Exercise 6_Achilles stretch; placed in front of a wall, arms are extended and palms rest on the wall, one foot is placed behind the straight knee and the knee of the other leg is bent, heels should be flat on the floor, then lean forward from the hips until you feel a stretch in the Achilles heel and calf muscles all this without taking the heel off the floor, then change position legs (30 seconds in each position).

Bien amigos hasta aquí les muestro esta rutina de ejercicios para reducir dolores en los pies;recuerden que antes de hacer cualquier ejercicio deben realizar el debido calentamiento para que la sangre fluya con mayor facilidad y en caso no mejorar deben consultar a un especialista.
