One of the core principles of minimalism is finding joy in non-material things, the moments and experiences that brings happiness without the need for consumption. Yes fulfillment doesn't come from having so much more, but it really comes from appreciating the simple things in life. Whether it is meaningful connections, personal growth and beauty of everyday moments, these things bring fulfillment. So for me there are a lot of non-material thing that brings me joy and I'll write about three of them: * ## Connections

Yes connecting genuinely with people and getting to know them gives me so much joy. I love it when I meet new people and especially when I can help them out in meaningful ways. Making a little difference in someone life is truly fulfilling no matter how small it is! * ## Creating

Creating things with my hand without relying on purchasing ready made items brings a sense of fulfillment and inner joy so I love it when I can make my own new dress or repurpose an old fabric. It also brings me great joy when I can cook delicious meals for myself. It just gives me a sense of fulfillment and inner joy * ## Beautiful creatures

I find joy in admiring the beauties of the world, from blossoming flowers to well designed animals. I love seeing the cute smile of a baby and their innocent reactions to the world. I love the calming sound of the wind, I love the sea, the sky. Creation is so beautiful and it brings so much joy within me. All of these simple wonders reminds me of how beautiful life is. Happiness can be found in the smallest things we may ignore everyday but in reality of we start noticing them our life gets way much easier It's true the world today believes that material things is the only source of joy and that living on less mean living unhappy, well that is not true, what brings true happiness is being truly present in the moments. Being satisfied with what we have, admiring the little things that are often neglected such as the creation. Life gets way easier like this.
