Tengo dos hijos, Brenda Melero de 22 años y Brandon Melero de 18 años, estoy divorciado, estoy residenciado en Biruaca, Estado Apure. Soy de Maracay, estado Aragua, orgulloso de ser venezolano. Tengo una sola hermana, yo soy el mayor, ella actualmente está en el extranjero. Mis padres están vivos, y gracias a Dios de alguna manera u otra he podido ayudarlos económicamente con sus medicamentos.

I have a daughter, Brenda Melero, 22 years old, and a son, Brandon Melero, 18 years old. I'm divorced I live in Biruaca, Apure State. I am from Maracay, Aragua state, I am proud to be Venezuelan. I have only one sister, I am the eldest, she is currently abroad. My parents are alive, and thank God somehow or another I have been able to help them financially with their medications.

Desde muy pequeño he realizado muchas actividades, tanto deportivas como recreativas. Siempre me han gustado los deportes de competición, como baloncesto, fútbol, natación, donde me inclino más por el fútbol, también me gustan los juegos de mesa como ajedrez, ping pong, damas, eso es gracias a mí familia. Provengo de una familia muy numerosa, donde los valores son muy fuertes, un pilar muy importante. Tengo la suerte de tener grandes amigos desde la infancia y la adolescencia que hoy día, todavía mantenemos el contacto gracias a la tecnología y las redes sociales utilizadas en la actualidad, a pesar del tiempo y la distancia, que nos pudo separar.

From a very young age I have done many activities, both sports and recreational. I have always liked competitive sports, like basketball, soccer, swimming, but I like soccer more, I also like board games like chess, ping pong, checkers, that's thanks to my family. I come from a very large family, where values are very strong, a very important pillar. I am lucky to have great friends from childhood and adolescence that today we still keep in touch thanks to the technology and social networks used today, despite the time and distance that could have separated us.

Fui criado por mi abuela materna, quién me inculcó muchos de esos valores, caracter, fortaleza y me dio a entender cómo era la vida, aun estando muy pequeño y en mi adolescencia fue mi gran apoyo y mi gran amiga, ella ya falleció y no dejo de dar gracias a Dios por la abuela y gran mujer que era. Mis sueños han sido muchos, pertenecer a la fuerza militar, ser piloto de combate, tuve la oportunidad de ingresar a la escuela de aviación militar, después por asuntos académicos, no pude continuar (me dieron de baja), pero no me quitó el sueño de continuar en otras metas. Tuve que trabajar mucho dadas las circunstancias económicas de aquel momento, y me desempeñé en distintas áreas, comenzando en una gran empresa donde se fabricaba , cuadernos, resmas de hojas blancas, entre otros. Luego trabajé en una empresa donde se elabora la crema de la chica para la venta, también trabajé en un canal regional de televisión, tuve muchos años allí como operador de master, allí aprendí muchísimo, a nivel técnico, aún sin tener las certificaciones, tuve grandes compañeros de trabajo que me enseñaron y me orientaron para desempeñarse en todas las áreas, incluyendo de camarógrafo.

I was raised by my maternal grandmother, who instilled in me many of those values, character, strength and made me understand what life was like, even when I was very young and in my adolescence she was my great support and my great friend, she has already passed away and I never stop giving thanks to God for the grandmother and great woman she was. My dreams have been many, to belong to the military, to be a fighter pilot, I had the opportunity to enter the military aviation school, later due to academic issues, I could not continue (they discharged me), but it did not take away my dream to continue on other goals. I had to work a lot given the economic circumstances of that time, and I worked in different areas, starting in a large company that manufactured notebooks, reams of white sheets, among others. Then I worked in a company that makes “chicha”, (a fermented (alcoholic) or non-fermented beverage of Latin America) for sale, I also worked in a regional television channel, I spent many years there as a master operator, there I learned a lot, at a technical level, even without having the certifications, I had great coworkers who taught me and guided me to perform in all areas, including being a cameraman.

También tuve la oportunidad de realizar algunos trabajos de edición y de diseño, y post producción, todo eso dentro del ámbito laboral, contando con el apoyo de algunos compañeros de trabajo. Al transcurrir los años me casé, y tuve los dos hijos que anteriormente mencioné, me fui al estado Apure, donde también conocí a muchísimas personas en diferentes áreas, también laboré en hoteles como recepcionista. Aquí tuve la oportunidad de adquirir diferentes conocimientos sobre gerencia y funcionamiento en general de un hotel. Aquí tuve también la suerte de contar con compañeros de trabajo, que me facilitaron el aprendizaje y lo delicado de la atención al público, aun así sin contar con ningún tipo de certificado, asumí muchísimas responsabilidades . Al transcurrir el tiempo conseguí una oportunidad de empleo donde actualmente laboro en la Universidad Bolivariana de Venezuela como vigilante, y aproveché la ocasión de estudiar Comunicación Social, ya que tenía muchos años sin realizar mis estudios académicos, por una situación económica que afrontaba y estar pendiente de mis prioridades principales, que son mis hijos, la alimentación y la salud.

I also had the opportunity to do some editing and design work, and post production, all within the workplace, with the support of some co-workers. As the years passed I got married, and had the two children that I previously mentioned, I went to the state of Apure, where I also met many people in different areas, I also worked in hotels as a receptionist. Here I had the opportunity to acquire different knowledge about management and general operation of a hotel. Here I was also lucky to have work colleagues, who facilitated learning and the delicate nature of customer service, even so without having any type of certificate, I assumed many responsibilities. As time passed, I got a job opportunity where I currently work at the Bolivarian University of Venezuela as a security guard, and I took the opportunity to study Social Communication, since I had not completed my academic studies for many years, due to an economic situation that I was facing and being aware of of my main priorities, which are my children, food and health.

Doy las gracias a @nakary, quién me habló de esta plataforma y me invitó a unirme a esta comunidad y como me gusta escribir, planificar, diseñar y todo lo que tiene que ver con edición de videos y fotografías, me pareció una buena oportunidad para seguir aprendiendo y compartir con ustedes mis avances tanto en la escritura como en la edición de videos y fotografías. Además, considero que como futuro comunicador social es importante para mí saber redactar y expresarse con claridad, no sólo por la comunicación, sino que escribir te da la facilidad de desenvolverte en diferentes áreas y a su vez aprender muchas cosas, ya que tenemos que investigar y profundizar distintos temas. Espero que mis publicaciones sean un aporte valioso a la comunidad, que de alguna manera lo que comparta sea de utilidad y a su vez me encantaría aprender de ustedes sobre este nuevo mundo, como lo es Hive.
