Panettone o pan dulce de navidad

Por tal motivo, me motive a compartir con ustedes la receta del panettone un pan típico para esta época que se puede adquirir en los establecimientos, pero si está elaborado en familia fomenta la unión y el compartir momentos hermosos para el recuerdo. Ponemos en un recipiente amplio el agua y vamos disolviendo la levadura y agregamos la harina, la azúcar y la yema de huevo. Posteriormente cubrimos la vasija con una tela y lo colocamos en reposo en un sitio seguro y seco. Esta mezcla la podemos dejar reposar por unas dos horas o un poco menos

Seguidamente en el mismo recipiente se agrega la harina de trigo sin olvidarse de la masa previa que se estaba fermentando. Agregamos la sal, la ralladura de limón, la miel si les apetece. Mezclamos bien para lo cual nos podemos ayudar con la batidora y para facilitar el amasado y compactar la masa agregamos poco a poco la leche. Sin olvidarnos, de agregar las pasas, almendras y frutas confitadas. Es proceso de amasado debe durar por lo menos unos 20 minutos para tener una masa adecuada. Visualiza las siguientes imágenes para facilitar su comprensión. Dejemos reposar esta masa por unos 20 veinte minutos tapada con un paño para que favorezca el fermento.

Mientras dejamos reposar la masa vamos precalentando el horno a unos 200º grados centígrados. Preparamos el molde donde colocaremos la masa y vaciamos la mezcla. Si es de tu agrado puedes hacer un corte en forma de cruz en la parte superior de la masa. Posteriormente llévalo al horno por al menos unos 30 minutos.
