Today we bring you a new edition of this vegan challenge YOUR VEGGIE SHOPPING, an activity that we have created, to learn more about the shopping experience that all of you, dear users, have when supplying food your pantry, either in the markets, in the different commercial establishments or directly in the field, with the producers.

Herbs in general enrich our recipes with their aroma and flavor. In addition, they provide vitamins and minerals to our food. Among the most popular herbs in vegan and non-vegan cuisine, is BASIL, and although we generally associate it with the Mediterranean diet, the truth is that it is a well-known herb throughout the planet. For this reason, in activity number 29, we want to go shopping with you, but ONLY TO BUY BASIL. In this post you will not include any other type of food, only BASIL. It can be fresh or dried basil, of any variety, the important thing is that it is BASIL. We also want you to give us advice on purchasing and using this delicious ingredient.
