Los beneficios de entrenar los pectorales es que no solo cuando este haciendo la rutina no solo te va ayudar a trabajar porque enfoca en el desarrollo del pecho implica otros grupos musculares. Si ejercitas los músculos pectorales estarás desarrollando otras zonas tales como la espalda, los brazos, y hombros. la musculatura pectoral se coordina con el cuello, brazos, hombros y los músculos centrales para producir movimiento y fuerza. Por lo tanto, realizar ejercicios para pecho es de vital importancia para nuestro desarrollo. te recomiendo hacer 5 series de 15 de cada ejercicios.

The benefits of training the pectoral muscles is that not only does the routine help you work out because it focuses on the development of the chest, it also involves other muscle groups. If you exercise the pectoral muscles you will be developing other areas such as the back, arms, and shoulders. The pectoral musculature coordinates with the neck, arms, shoulders and core muscles to produce movement and strength. Therefore, performing chest exercises is of vital importance to our development. El primer ejercicio se trata de una flexión con el mayor porcentaje de fuerza posible, para que nuestras dos manos puedan aplaudir detrás de la espalda y vuelvan a su posición inicial y seguir repitiendo el ejercicio una y otra vez. Este ejercicio puede caracterizarse con ser uno de los que tiene mayor impacto en nuestros pectorales para obtener fuerza, habilidad, técnica y resistencia .

The first exercise is about a push-up with the highest percentage of force possible, so that our two hands can clap behind the back and return to their starting position and keep repeating the exercise over and over again. This exercise can be characterized as one of the ones that has the greatest impact on our pecs to obtain strength, skill, technique and resistance.

Para el segundo ejercicio es una flexión con la misma carga explosiva, es decir, que nos brinde el mismo impulso para que nuestros brazos puedan cruzarse uno con otro y dar una forma de x y volver a su posición inicial demostrando fuerza y rapidez al ejecutar este ejercicio .

Las flexiones en diamante se caracteriza por ser una con tener el mayor impacto en nuestros pectorales fortaleciendo la parte media del pecho y consiste en colocar nuestras dos manos juntas en el suelo dando unos forma de diamante y flexionar los codos tratando que el movimiento sea uniforme, bajando el pecho hasta que toque nuestros pectorales y subiendo hasta que haya total extensión de codos .

Las flexiones se tratan de un movimiento uniforme que realizan nuestro pecho en combinación de nuestros brazos. Para este ejercicio se le añade un ligero toque en el hombro para tener mayor carga en un brazo al momento de levantar el otro y así sucesivamente hasta que los dos hayan realizado el mismo ejercicio con la misma cantidad de veces.

Los fondos militares es un ejercicio usado en el entrenamiento de la fuerza. Los fondos realizados con los brazos a la anchura de los hombros desarrollan principalmente los tríceps, junto con músculos sinergísticos como los deltoides, los pectorales (esternales, claviculares y menores) y los músculos romboides de la espalda (en este mismo orden).Los fondos realizados con los brazos a mayor anchura, en cambio, tienen un mayor impacto sobre los músculos pectorales, de manera parecida a como el press de banca de agarre ancho desarrolla más los pectorales que los tríceps. Es importante llevar a cabo el ejercicio con buena forma para evitar el exceso de estrés en las muñecas.
