Desde hace un tiempo para acá he sentido que algo en mí no está bien, es una lucha interna que no me deja llevar mi vida común. Mientras mi cuerpo se empeña en cumplir con la fatídica rutina del día a día algo en mi interior me está desgarrando y me está diciendo para es momento de despertar.

Pero cuando les hablo de un despertar, no me refiero a la alarma que suena en el teléfono en la mañana y me obliga a abrir mis ojos para iniciar con mis actividades diarias, tampoco me refiero a un rayo de luz que entra por la ventana y simplemente incide mi rostro obligando a despertar. Este despertar es algo profundo, es algo que viene desde mi interior y que se ha venido alimentando por el desánimo, el inconformismo y una frustración intensa que me dicen deja de correr un maratón que sencillamente no es tuyo.

Sinceramente no sé cómo llamar esta emoción tan extraña que estoy experimentando, aunque me duela aceptarlo siento que mi tiempo en esta etapa de mi vida ha caducado y de continuar estaría viviendo un sueño ajeno. Siempre intento calmar mi ansiedad con palabras como estoy trabajando en pro de producir y aportar a la sociedad, estoy construyendo puentes hacia un aprendizaje saludable, pero hasta cuándo voy a seguir pensando en los demás y voy a ponerme a mí primeramente.

Siempre pienso que este viaje durante mis días de trabajo son como una ruleta, donde juntos a las personas que me rodean estamos construyendo sus propios talentos, están creciendo y con ello no puedo dudar que me genera un grado de satisfacción, pero bajo qué costo ¿por qué el impulsar mis dones o talentos dormidos deben seguir esperando?

No dejo de hacerme la misma pregunta todos los días ¿en qué otras cosas seré yo buena? Pero si algo puede estar seguro es que mientras siga en este vaivén de mi rutina no encontraré la respuesta a esta abrumadora pregunta. Por más que quiera vestir cada día mi rostro de optimismo y mi corazón de alegría no puedo negar que mis energías están agotadas, mi alma me sigue gritando que es hora de un cambio y aunque me duela aceptarlo y lo vea complicado siento que de continuar aquí terminaré frustrada y lastimándome.

Siento que es hora de quitar mi pie del modo automático, de dejar de decir sí solo por compromiso o quedar bien con otros que por mi propia convicción. Cada vez que me miro al espejo intento buscar y reconocer mis pasiones dormidas, le digo a mí misma es hora de implementar nuevas estrategias, deja de resistirte al cambio.

En esa búsqueda intrínseca que he realizado he podido descubrir que en medio de este caos está el despertar y que esto tiene un largo camino por recorrer porque es el significado de un nuevo comienzo. Desde hace tiempo viene rondando una idea en mi cabeza, estoy consciente que es más de lo mismo porque está enfocado en mi labor actual, pero la gran ventaja de esto es que sinceramente estoy cansada de trabajarle a otros quiero una independencia propia y si este nuevo comienzo lo puedo hacer desde la comodidad de mi hogar bienvenido sea.

Siento que muchas personas en un punto determinado han experimentado la misma situación que todos conocemos, pero creo que sin alejarme de mi propósito como lo es educar y formar puedo iniciar con una academia especializada en las áreas de la ciencia que han sido mi fuerte. Esto quizás me genera algo de duda porque no es algo estable que me proporcione una confianza económica pero debo aprender a soltar, ser paciente y esperar.

Sí mi querida lectores, soltar a veces nos cuesta dejar esas cosas que no causan un yugo y se vuelven en la principal barrera para no recibir las grandes bendiciones que el padre eterno tiene destinado para nosotros. Por lo tanto te invito que si en algún punto de este escrito te has sentido identificada, desocupa tus espacios, drena emociones, vence tus miedos y sal de esa loca rutina que te está absorbiendo.

Creo que lo primero que todos debemos hacer es aprender a escuchar nuestro interior a callar y hacer un silencio absoluto en el bullicio de está loca sociedad, aprender a escuchar lo que tu corazón con cada latido te está indicando, hacer una pausa y dejar de luchar por una sobrevivencia a cuenta gotas y en realidad empezar a vivir con libertad.

Sé que alguno de los apreciados lectores que decidan leerme sienta con propiedad que no lo están haciendo por casualidad. Quiero decirte que no estás sola, visualiza esto como una señal para que también te animes a despertar, nunca es tarde para un nuevo comienzo y para empezar a vibrar con intencionalidad, no te voy a engañar diciendo que todo va a ser fácil, pero de algo sí estoy segura es mejor tener un futuro esperanzador que seguir dormida y frustrada.

Quiero que este ecosistema sea mi principal testigo que de aquí en adelante estaré alerta y atenta a escuchar esa voz interior que siempre está apostando por mí, que me invita a nuevos espacios y a sacudir el miedo de caminar porque si de algo estás estoy segura es que siempre va a existir una mejor versión de mí.

Awakening: when the soul no longer wants to remain asleep [esp-eng]

For some time now, I've felt like something isn't right inside me. It's an internal struggle that's keeping me from living my normal life. While my body struggles to fulfill the fateful routine of everyday life, something inside me is tearing me apart and telling me it's time to wake up.

But when I talk about awakening, I'm not referring to the alarm that rings on my phone in the morning and forces me to open my eyes to begin my daily activities. I'm not referring to a ray of light that comes through the window and simply hits my face, forcing me to wake up. This awakening is something profound; it's something that comes from within and has been fueled by discouragement, discontent, and an intense frustration that tells me to stop running a marathon that simply isn't yours.

I honestly don't know what to call this strange emotion I'm experiencing. Although it pains me to accept it, I feel like my time at this stage of my life has expired, and if I continued, I'd be living someone else's dream. I always try to calm my anxiety with words like, "I'm working to produce and contribute to society," "I'm building bridges toward healthy learning," but how long am I going to continue thinking of others and putting myself first?

I always think that this journey during my work days is like a roulette wheel, where together with the people around me we are building their own talents, they are growing and with this I can't doubt that it generates a degree of satisfaction in me, but at what cost Why should promoting my dormant gifts or talents continue to wait?

I keep asking myself the same question every day: What else am I good at? But if one thing is certain, it's that as long as I continue in this back-and-forth of my routine, I won't find the answer to this overwhelming question. As much as I want to dress my face with optimism every day and my heart with joy, I can't deny that my energy is exhausted. My soul keeps screaming at me that it's time for a change, and even though it hurts to accept it and I find it complicated, I feel that if I continue here, I'll end up frustrated and hurting myself.

I feel it's time to take my foot off automatic, to stop saying yes only out of commitment or to please others rather than out of my own conviction. Every time I look in the mirror, I try to find and recognize my dormant passions. I tell myself it's time to implement new strategies, stop resisting change.

In this intrinsic search, I've been able to discover that awakening lies amidst this chaos, and that this has a long way to go because it's the meaning of a new beginning. An idea has been floating around in my head for some time. I'm aware that it's more of the same because it's focused on my current work. But the great advantage of this is that I'm sincerely tired of working for others. I want my own independence, and if I can make this new beginning from the comfort of my home, then so be it.

I feel that many people at some point have experienced the same situation we all know, but I believe that without straying from my purpose of educating and training, I can start an academy specializing in the areas of science that have been my strength. This may cause me some hesitation because it's not something stable that provides me with financial confidence, but I must learn to let go, be patient, and wait.

Yes, my dear readers, sometimes we struggle to let go of those things that weigh us down and become the main barrier to receiving the great blessings the Eternal Father has in store for us. Therefore, if you've felt identified at any point in this post, I invite you to clear your space, release your emotions, overcome your fears, and break out of that crazy routine that's sucking you in.

I think the first thing we all need to do is learn to listen to our inner selves, to be quiet and completely silent in the hubbub of this crazy society, to learn to listen to what your heart is telling you with every beat, to pause and stop struggling for piecemeal survival and actually start living freely.

I know that some of the valued readers who decide to read this feel certain that they are not doing so by chance. I want to tell you that you are not alone. See this as a sign for you to also encourage yourself to wake up. It's never too late for a new beginning and to start vibrating with intentionality. I'm not going to lie to you by saying that everything will be easy, but I am sure of one thing: it is better to have a hopeful future than to remain asleep and frustrated.

I want this ecosystem to be my main witness that from now on I will be alert and attentive to listen to that inner voice that is always betting on me, that invites me to new spaces and to shake off the fear of walking because if I am sure of one thing, it is that there will always be a better version of me.
