Actually using egg instead of meats cause i couldn’t get it at the market. | Process |-| First parboil my white rice and get it ready. Now had to the post on cooking gas pour the oil inside then the onions some salts turning it to make sure it doesn’t get burnt. ![](https://images.ecency.com/DQmb1mgxBdW1G1DvEimakeT9Eb3eMyhMhxUUfaMiiAmoJTx/img_0569.jpg) Then add my egg still turning when it was ready i add my tomatoes , at this point i started perceiving the sweet aroma and I couldn’t just wait to have a taste of it. So yummy After few seconds, i add the spicies (curry, tyme and jellof rice spice) and turn it slowly. Yeah! Almost ready Then left it on fire for few seconds after adding salt and seasoning .
