I am Jason Morre. I am 21 years old, and I am currently a 3rd-year college student. I am taking up a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I have always been a passionate person, and I give my best in everything I do. I believe in working hard, but I also know that life can get stressful. Like many students, I feel tired sometimes because of school, homework, and other responsibilities. Sometimes, I take short breaks to clear my mind. Listening to music or watching a movie also helps me unwind. I believe it is important to take care of yourself when things feel overwhelming. Finding balance between work and rest makes life easier. Nature is my World

I deal with my stress is by going on nature trips. It helps me feel calm and peaceful. Spending time in nature is very refreshing. I love being surrounded by trees, mountains, rivers, and beaches. When I am in nature, I feel like I can leave all my worries behind. I forget about school and other problems. Nature is a gift to us. It gives us peace and helps us heal when we feel tired or sad.
