This dough that I taught you to make is very manageable and not sticky at all, so don't be afraid that they will stick together, because it won't happen. >***Para armarlos agarramos una tira de las que ya picamos en la masa cuadrada que estiramos con el rodillo, y con la ayuda de el rodillo, o una botella, o un vaso fuerte, estiramos un poco las tiras que picamos, y vamos aplastando, de modo que quede menos gruesa, pero tampoco tan delgada no deben quedar transparentes, si no no crecen mucho mojamos la tira con un poco de agua y con ayuda de los dedos regamos por todo el largo que se va a usar para enrollar el dedito, tapamos primeramente la punta de el queso, o el bocadillo, buscamos sellar con una primera vuelta en la punta, y con la yema de los dedos vamos sellando en la punta para que no se abran al freírlos, luego vamos enrollando de forma diagonal, hasta sellar por completo, el agua que colocamos en la tira con ayuda de los dedos sirve para que la masa se ponga un poco pegajosa y ayuda a que sellé bien a medida q los vamos enrollando, por último, en la otra punta de el queso o de el bocadillo dejamos un poco de masa que nos ayude a sellar el dedito con los dedos, vamos haciendo presión sin que pierda la forma el dedito de queso o de bocadillo, y por último lo frotamos un poco con la mano para que termine de sellar y los colocamos en bandejas.
