Here comes a new Beer story - having been at Ammersee today I wanted to introduce you to Craft Bräu a local brewery in Dießen near Ammersee. Being in a catholic Bavarian City it is not common to have no local beer - actually the last local brewery closed in 1915 until the day Craft Bräu has opened its doors in 2014!

Started in 2014 -sceptic reaction in Germany first

First reaction of the people was oh no, please no American pseudo craft beer - but all got convinced as Craft Bräu is indeed brewed the traditional German Beer Reinheitsgebot. The small brewer is also a fancy event location where you cn handle company events or cool music happenings.

See the two founders below - they have fun with the job, they have this thing called start-up entrepreneurial spirit! Great place, great guys, great Beer - I tasted the Helles and it is delicious!
