Once upon a time I've got really interesting order from one of the biggest Russian coffee shop network: Coffee House. They've asked me to design a series of take away coffee paper cups. I've already posted some of the designs this week:

And here goes the third one which will show you in this post now. Ready? :)
Inspiration, sketch and references
I've made second variant of the portrait of my friend which I liked more this time. Bigger eyes and lips made the thing here. Inspired by Moscow Kremlin photos and muffins and cakes from Coffee House. Really in love with color gamma of Georges de La Tour masterpiece was going to use that for coffee cup. I think it should fit well there.

Color Final
Again same story here. After I've finished, my client asked me to make it brighter and more colorful. I've tried not to spoil overall look but still like my old variant more. What do you think, which is better? Please, let me know. Maybe I am mistaken?
I never saw this cup printed as well as the second one. Wish I could have them all together in collection but I think they already gone. Still I have 3 more cups to show you here. Plus, I have few interesting sketches which never been accepted and colored. Will show you soon. Keep browsing the feed, guys.
By the way, if you are using Telegram and never want to miss my posts you can subscribe there. Usually I am posting only small preview with the link for new post on Steemit and sometimes extra screenshots or sketches as well there.
