I've learned a lot of new things ever since I've started here in steemit and drawing a cute little bird is one of them thanks to @kristyglas's tutorial. I thought it'd be fun to add colors and here it is!
Step by step
I started off with a sketch, then some clean lines
Colored the body first, then added some shadows
Colored the wings, then added more shadows
Colored the leaves and berries, added a few color on the bird itself since I've forgotten about it hehe, then of course the background
I could've ended here, but I'm not a fan of black bold lines so I made them a little less dark
I've had a lot of fun drawing this little birb! Now, I'm off to watch Sherlock Holmes~ Have a nice weekend everyone :D
