Does Portion Control Help You Get Healthy and Lose Weight?


You know how they show you those little plates of food all divided up and in all the right sizes of food? We're not going to do that.

We are going to:

  • Reduce the toxins and empty calories in your food - 10% at a time.
  • Increase the nutrition in your food - 10% at a time.

As you work through the changes that will improve your current food, your body will respond with new vigor and health. After a few weeks and months of making small changes to your daily meals:

  • Your bodily functions will start performing as they should
  • You will have more energy
  • You will be sleeping better
  • You will be optimistic

And as far as portion sizes - they will take care of themselves for the most part. At a more advanced time, we will get some knowledge going on portion sizes, but for now:

  • Eat less crap.
  • Eat more nutrition.

My goal for you is to have each meal you eat be full of nutritious variety you enjoy eating. We are never going to count calories.

We are going to strive for you to get the the 31 essential nutrients into your life. Trust me - they are not there now.

At the same time, we are going to strive for you to reduce the chemical onslaught your poor body is facing now. Trust me - if your have not been paying attention, you are eating things like "endocrine disruptors" and hormones, and preservatives (you are not dead yet) in every bite of food you eat. Once you stop consuming these FDA approved nightmares, you will be astounded by your better health.
