How much were you nurtured as a child? Cause it matters.

Here I am talking about Epigenetics again. One day this new science will be a commonsense topic. I hope!
It shows how your environment changes your physical biological body by stimulating certain genes, causing them to turn on or off. Each environmental factor could have a specific gene that it stimulates.

"How much were you nurtured as a child?" is a good question to ask. There could be huge implications, as to who you are, and might shed some light on certain aspects of your life.

Genes are what make us who we are. Now no one can say we are prisoners to our genes, because we can definitely change them.

A Epigeneticist like this guy here, can do a way better job explaining this to you than I ever could. This is a ted talk presented by Moshe Szyf.

I have seen other examples of this, that I plan to post in the near future. So look out for it.
Here are my other posts on Epigenetics.
