Fit in minutes

For the last few years my only real exercise has been to go running two or three times a week. I've built up enough fitness to run for over an hour. Lately I've been suffering some back and other issues that put me off running, but I want to keep up the fitness. I just found the 7 Minute Workout app that does a high intensity set of exercises that you can do anywhere. It's something like a 'boot camp' style workout I did for a while last year with Our Parks. That was fun, but it clashes with my music session.

The app logs what you do and your weight. You are supposed to repeat it at least twice, but I just did it once to start with. I'll try to do it a few times each week. It seems to work most parts of the body. The app has variations if you want to work on abs or legs. On Android it integrates with the Google Fit app.
