It's been quite a week here. We're seeing thousands of new users and a big rise in activity, visitors and improvements in the Steem price. Steem is just outside the top 10 cryptocurrencies. It was edged out by Bytecoin, but I think that is being pumped and will soon drop again.
And so to business. There have been lots of Youtubers with big followings signing up recently. If they talk about Steemit then it is likely to draw in lots more. When others see the sort of money they are making it will really take off. I hear it's getting harder to make anything just for posting your videos there.
- @rerez is into games and has some cool videos about retro systems.
- @x22report @sgtreport @cryptonick are all posting about financial stuff and cryptocurrencies. I don't necessarily agree with their views, but it's all about getting the word out. One of them already has over 1000 followers here!

If you find cool people then post about them. I hope that Steemit will eventually integrate tools to help you discover people. It could be based on your existing connections and/or the tags you use. Lots of potential there.
