Nothing better than a green morning drink after a yummy Xmas eve dinner at a friends place. Though Cambodia doesn't celebrate Xmas, the lovely community of expats that live here do.
Though I know many don't start to celebrate Xmas until the 25th, In Belgium Christmas eve has always been a big deal. Especially for my mom lol. On days like this, you really regret living that far from the ones you love. But hey we have some amazing friends here too and had a great night.
We ate so much that this belly healing green drink did some wonders on our tummy. Another cup of mint tea and ginger and we'll be good to eat some more later today hehe.

XMAS TROPICAL MORNING BOOSTER 🥑✨🌱
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2 FOR BREAKFAST)
- Tropical fruit mix: I used a mix of soursop, papaya, banana, pineapple, and dragon fruit
- Fresh mint leaves
- Bok choy
- Avocado
- Homemade granola
- Water or coconut water
DIRECTIONS
- Add mint, bok choy, and (coconut) water to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add all other ingredients and blend again. If you have a high -speed blender you can throw everything in at once. If the smoothie is too thick for you at more water.
- Optional: top with extra granola or other toppings you like.
