Crispy snack without deep-frying! Let's say 'yes' to Crispy Potato Chips!
If you don't have an oven, you do need extra struggle to make crispy potato chips.
You can make crispy potato chips at home with only a non-stick pan and very little oil.
I really like this snack. So you also have to try this snack recipe. I will share step by step how to make crispy potato chips.
Step 1
Prepare the potatoes, clean and peel.
Step 2
Prepare a container of salt water and pepper mixture.
Then put the potato slices in a container of salt water and pepper.
Soak for 5 minutes.
I used a special knife to make chips so that the thickness of the chips would be the same and not become too thick.
If the potato slices are too thick, the results will not be crispy.
Step 3
Drain the potato slices so that there is no water left for frying later.
Step 4
Heat a non-stick frying pan. Then spread with a little oil using a tissue or brush.
Cook the potato slices until they look dry.
Don't forget to flip the potato chips.
Step 5
Pick up potato chips. Then chill for about 5-10 minutes.
The process of cooling potato chips at room temperature will make the chips crispy.
Step 6
Store potato chips in a jar to keep them crispy.
