Bulgarian dish - liver chushki with garlic

In Bulgaria, very delicious national cuisine. Every dish that was served in this country is unusual, peculiar, useful and tasty!

Today I'll tell you about fried peppers with garlic.

You will need:

6 pieces of peppers
4 cloves of garlic
6 sprigs of parsley
3 tbsp. L. olive oil
1 tbsp. L. Wine vinegar

Cooking method

  • Pepper to clean, fry whole in a frying pan to a ruddy crust. Then cover the pepper with a lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Grind garlic and parsley, add olive oil, salt, pepper. Mix.
  • At the bottom of a deep plate put our pepper layers, then a layer of greens with butter, then again pepper and again sauce. Put in the fridge for the night, as the Bulgarian cuisine assumes giving this snack in a cold form.

Liver chutes with garlic can be stored for a very long time, I put them in a jar and for the whole week you have a snack and an excellent side dish.
