I LIKE TO WATCH #12 - Living Proof

You'll need tissue for this one...

I just finished watching a very compelling documentary called Living Proof Where brave Canadian Matt Embry wages a courageous battle against drug companies making a profit from those that are afflicted. Multiple Sclerosis is a progressive disease where the immune system attacks the brain and spinal cord resulting in a debilitating condition which affects millions of people worldwide.

Now, we've all heard this before. Someone finds a novel way to treat a disease and is immediately attacked by the drug industry. Matt and his father Ashton Embry, Ph.D. have developed an affordable way to treat MS without the use of expensive, ineffective drugs. Using a combination of a healthy gluten-free diet, supplements and exercise, they've seen amazing changes in people suffering from MS.

Hope

After being diagnosed with MS as a teen, Matt has been symptom-free for over 20 years...

In the movie, we learn about the importance of starting this regimen as soon as possible after first diagnosis. He also illuminates the factor that dairy products have in driving the progression of the disease, and why we need to step away from dairy in our diets right now. If you or a loved one has this condition, I encourage you to see this documentary.

Living Proof is exactly what is says it is, and needs to reach as wide an audience as possible. Visit Matt's website MSHope for informative videos and free PDF downloads. For a deeper dive, check out Direct-MS which is a registered charity set up by Ashton to continue his research in allowing others to enjoy a healthy life, so that one day we can all live free of MS...

Thank You so Much!
