We prepare this dish at home very often, especially on summer days when all the vegetables from the home garden are available.
All vegetables - red, yellow and green peppers, string beans, zucchini, carrots, onions, garlic cut into strips, tomatoes into pieces.

Pasta is various, I usually make spaghetti, or some Asian noodles, if I have them at home.

I stew the vegetables in olive oil for about 10-15 minutes, season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce.

Finally, for the last 5 minutes of stewing, I add pieces of tomato to dissolve.

While the vegetables are stewed over medium heat, boil water in another bowl, add salt and pasta.

The pasta is cooked in 8-10 minutes.

When the pasta is cooked as you wish, either "al dente" or soft, transfer it to a pan with the vegetables and add the sliced spring onions.

In the end, I mix everything together on low heat and serve 😋
