

Greetings friends! Happy weekend. For today I prepared some exquisite "battered butterfly sardines" that made me fall in love; continuing with the diet of sardines that are very beneficial for health due to their content of Omega 3, and properties that control cholesterol, to lose weight and take care of our body. This is another of the recipes that I love, and I always do, few ingredients are used and it is easy to make. I hope you like it!.

Ingredientes:🐟🍋🌶🥚🧂
- Utilice 4 sardinas (pueden usar las que deseen), 1 huevo, 3 ajíes dulces, 4 cucharadas de harina de maíz, sabroseador, sal al gusto, 1 limón, aceite para freír.
Ingredients:
- Use 4 sardines (you can use as many as you like), 1 egg, 3 sweet peppers, 4 tablespoons of cornmeal, flavoring, salt to taste, 1 lemon, oil for frying.


Preparación: 🐟🔪
- Cortamos finamente los ajíes.
Preparation:
- Finely chop the peppers.

- Añadimos la harina de maíz que vamos a usar en un plato o envase hondo.
- We add the corn flour that we are going to use in a plate or deep container.

- Igualmente hacemos lo mismo en otro plato o envase hondo con el sabroseador.
- We also do the same in another dish or deep container with the flavoring.

- Agregamos el huevo en el plato donde tenemos el sabroseador y batimos todo con un tenedor.
- We add the egg to the plate where we have the flavoring and we beat everything with a fork.

- Agregamos los ajíes dulces al huevo batido con la mezcla y reservamos.
- Add the sweet peppers to the beaten egg with the mixture and reserve.

- Limpiamos las sardinas, Le quitamos las cabezas y las colas, quitamos las escamas, espinas y lavamos muy bien.
- We clean the sardines, we remove the heads and tails, we remove the scales, thorns and we wash very well.

- Las abrimos haciéndoles el corte mariposa.
- We open them by making the butterfly cut.

- Las marinamos por unos 10 minutos para que adquieran el sabor de la mezcla.
- We marinate them for about 10 minutes so that they acquire the flavor of the mixture.

- Las enharinamos de forma envolvente.
- We flour them in an enveloping way.

- Las vamos apartando en un plato.
- We are putting them aside on a plate.

- En un sartén agregamos suficiente aceite, calentamos a fuego alto y ponemos a freír las sardinas.
- In a frying pan we add enough oil, heat over high heat and fry the sardines.

- Se fríen por 5 minutos aproximadamente por cada lado.
- Fry for approximately 5 minutes on each side.

- ¡LISTAS!, Servimos y cortamos el limón.
- READY! We serve and cut the lemon.

- Las adornamos con cilantro o con su hierba aromática de su preferencia.
- We decorate them with coriander or with your aromatic herb of your choice.
