Holoooooooo, Holozing Community!!

Today I want to show you what's new that I've created for the @holozing contest here .

This time I went with the Ocean Healer, 'cause with the others I've seen a bunch of things, and this one I've only drawn once. This drawing, even though it started off a bit shaky, turned out pretty nice in the end, I think!

About the proposal for this design, I've completely changed the design and color, though the hair still remains short, which in the initial idea, I wanted to add two longer strands of hair. But well, after changing everything I was doing, I just left the hair short.

I made a video for this, in fact, I uploaded some gifs that were part of the video. For some reason, one of them didn't want to upload, but well, the images are still there.

Yeah! This is the beginning of this drawing, I had this idea and sketched it out, nothing too pretty but functional, and started working on it. With some strokes, I began to give it some volume.

I had the drawing more advanced and I had already detailed several things more, although I hadn't practically worked on the face, but yes in other places. Many times I change my mind when I work or something, I do one thing and undo another, but I think that of all this is the drawing that I changed the most.

This step here corresponded to step 5 or 6 in the sequence I usually do, which means the drawing didn't need much more, but, after a while from night to morning, I didn't like it anymore.

Even though I started this drawing with a different pose for which I had done lineart and had been working on it for a while, and as I said, I had already completed almost all the 6 steps that I usually do, still, I decided to embark on something else, and with flat colors, I shaped what I had removed before.

In this ocassion, without following any sketch lines, I just went ahead and created a new design for this fresh idea. I was working on the fly, and if I didn't like something, I just deleted it.

Little by little, I was progressing and detailing things more. To be honest, I liked the second option more. The first one also had potential, but not for now. Maybe the sketch will come in handy for something in the future.

I made some regular adjustments like lights, intensity and added the tiara after all those modifications. After detailing and making those adjustments, I considered this portrait finished.
