Hey Splinterlands fans and everyone else!
Hello! I want to share my post and entry for the Splinterlands Social Media Challenge. This week I've decided to do a Fan Art of Rebellion, specifically one of the summoners anddddd to be more specific she's a Dragon summoner.

Even though I have several cool ideas about dragons and I love themπππ, I haven't dared to make them yet. I need to learn more about them, and when I'm less scared, I'll give it a try!
Out of the few dragons I've made, this is one of those attempts. And even though I had some issues because it seemed like I was making another animal, I think it worked out in the end.
There ain't many copies of this one compared to others I've seen, it's a Dragon π² π² which are interesting and kinda valuable 'cause there ain't many of them.
Huuuu me personally, I've had a few dragon cards but nothing too special, I guess.
I started with a sketch of the character, some crazy lines and not so detailed, but they worked well for what I was going to do, 'cause well in the end I wouldn't need themπ . As for the pose, I did something similar to the original character.
I didn't try grayscale on this character and went straight to colors. This time I did it in Ps and used the brush that I really like because of the texture it leaves. In total, I think I used about 3 brushes, but the other two were only for very specific things.
As I kept going, I started adding more details to things, the face of this I don't know why but it reminded me of a crocodile π , doesn't it? Well, apart from that, there were certain advances in the whole portrait since I was working in several places at once.
I think things are getting better bit by bit, it doesn't look like a crocodile anymore, maybe a gecko? π¦ Well, I don't know, but there were some things I had worked on like the shape of the face, the texture of the skin, and the dragon eye. I hope at least the dragon eye looks like a dragon eye.

To finish up, I smoothed out some lines, I think it looks a bit more like the character now. I made some adjustments to the face and the eye, changed their positions a bit. Also, I added some light, made some color tweaks to wrap this up.
Thank you very much for taking the time to view my work.
