How r u today? I want to show you the drawing I made for the #Splinterlands art contest, I wanted to do something new according to my perspective, more creative, on this occasion I have not selected an existing character instead I have created my own inspired by the dates we are onππππ
To be honest, if I'm not wrong, there is no pumpkin man in the Splinterlands cards, but I wanted to check before making this publication but I had no luck with the page, since no matter how many attempts I could not see even a small percentage of the designs, so If that character exists, please let me knowπ€©ππ».
Since we are in the month of October, I wanted to be inspired by Halloween to create this character, which would basically be a pumpkin man who is possessed, he is not a good boy, stay away! you will die πππ€£.
As always, I have carried out a process in video and images, although for now I will leave you only the images.
I have not made a sketch for this drawing, in fact, I didn't plan to use color in this drawing either, I just wanted to use values, but well, that changed a little, I made a simpler figure than this one and I shaped it a little more until it looked like this and it was the step that I kept until this moment, as always in a single layer, it did not have anything so detailed. πππ

I worked in a very fluid and natural way so I had no problems making the drawing until now, although it looked a little darker (I don't mean that it was scary and that it would scare me haha, but because of the very dark color) than it should but that would improve as I progressed, in terms of details I have improved some things a little here.

By the way, until this step from here I had worked in Corel Painter but after some inconveniences I switched to PS to make a series of changes that I needed to make, sometimes the program gets a little crazy and the brush reacts in a somewhat strange way, yes You can see up close there are a series of lines that come out horizontally from the character on the armor and leg, and it's not that I did that on purpose lol, but well there were a few things that improved, I focused mostly on the armor , to clean a little more.

I kept changing some things that seemed wrong to me, I also separated the background so now I had two separate layers and I could edit the character and make the changes I wanted to make to the character, without affecting the background layer

After having the character separated I was able to make the adjustments I needed and also detail things a little, some progress that was getting closer to the end of this sorry. I haven't worked so far, but I'll get into it soon.

I kept making changes, I kept doing things and the time also came to make the head, there were some things with the body and the armor that I was detailing a little more but the changes were practically not so drastic, hmmm I changed the position of the arm a little.

To finish I have finished what was missing like the head, the arm and other things, I also added a little lights to give a little magic, also some small particles that is a little fanciful I like it, so when I was happy with the design, finisheddddddddd
