Hello everyone. Welcome back. If you celebrate the holiday season with Christmas, then I hope your enjoyed your as much as I did. We had a wonderful gathering, giving thanks for our blessings. I want to share with you my financial blessings in 2023 in the Saturday Savers Club.
YEAR-END 2023:
2023 GOAL: (#1) 17,500 HP / (#2) 21,000 HP
Balance: 21,921.765 HP
2023 Goal: 667.95 HBD
Balance: 565.000 HBD
During the year in the Saturday Savings Club for 2023, I completed two Hive Power goals. First, I reached 17,500 HP. Next, I reached 21,000 HP. Although I came close to my HBD savings I challenged myself, I didn't make it per the example set out in the Club's Weekly Chart.
After 52 weeks of the savings challenge, I'm thrilled that I stayed the course. This challenge was fun. Several times I struggled. However, I kept the end goal in mind. As @eddie-earner always advises, "slow and steady" is the key to success.
As I look back, I rejoice in knowing that other members in the Club held fast to their commitments as well. As previously done, in 2023 my Followers, supporters and Saturday Savers Club members rallied behind me with encouraging words and suggestions. I truly appreciate it, for one can't accomplish it alone.
However, as with successes, you will invariably encounter failures. Several of the projects that I invested in over the course of 2022 - 2023 did not succeed. Two of them, CubLife and Legion I had high hopes based on the projects' logistics. I was able to recoup some funds and reinvest elsewhere.
Last year, I was undecided how I would utilize my year-long savings of HBD. With 565.000 HBD, I've decided that I will convert the savings to Hive and transfer to my loved one so that she can realize her goal of home ownership.

The Saturday Savers Club kicked off its 4th year by launching its 2024 Savings Challenge. I plan to participate again utilizing its Weekly Chart for savings.
