Saturday Savers Club with @susie-saver | Week 9 - Saturday 27 February 2021 - Win EDS Tokens for comments!
Saturday, February 27 has arrived. It's been a tough week for us here in Texas, recovering from the winter storm that gripped our state. So many people were devastated by the amount of damage incurred. The disruption caused an already strained state in terms of property and personal damage. I was saddened to hear lives were lost. I was able to escape property damage, although I did lose power and water.
Like so many others, saving is put on the back shelf when other issues arise that are pressing. Thankfully, I didn't have to use any of my previous savings just for living expenses or other items.
I was still able to save the required amount on the savings plan each day. This is the ninth week I have participated in the Saturday Savings Club.
I'm particularly happy this week because I have been saving over .50 Hive each day this week. That makes your savings grow faster. My contribution for today was .58 Hive, I'm confident I have enough liquid that I can keep up the pace.
I plan to purchase EDS Tokens.
