Caroline arrives tired that night, she notices that her husband is a little strange but she doesn't pay much attention to him. Caroline llega cansada aquella noche, nota a su esposo algo raro pero no le presta demasiada atención. Últimamente ella la ha pasado mal, se ha liado con un demente y ahora la está acosando, teme por su matrimonio aunque hace meses que no sabe lo que es tener sexo con su esposo.
Lo quiere ella lo sabe, es solo que el amor no se puede dar por sentado. Esa noche no hay cena, no hay café en la sala de estar, no hay televisión y cuando llega a la habitación su marido duerme como un rey. Piensa que quizás es momento de darse un baño, es probable que pronto deba pasar mucho más tiempo con su esposo y eso sirva para salvar la relación.
No lo sabe aún pero su terco amante se ha adelantado y le ha contado todo a su marido. Ella es ingenua y todavía cree en la gente, su marido es lo único que da por sentado aquel hombre ni consumía alcohol y no sabe si eso le aburre o le gusta. A veces quisiera sentir que su marido toma riesgos en su vida.

Cuando despierta la mañana siguiente se da cuenta que su marido no está en la cama, aunque escucha mucho ruido afuera. Cómo si unos niños corrieran por toda la casa ¿Niños un domingo a las 8 de la mañana? ¡Imposible! Piensa mientras se levanta para ver qué pasa allá fuera, entonces se da cuenta que su marido está con toda su familia y estos a su vez parecen estar de mudanzas.
Arthur le va a tener que explicar algunas cosas, esto refunfuña mientras cierra la puerta tan fuerte como puede y comienza a llamar a su marido por teléfono. Aquello no iba a parar bien.
— ¿Por qué haces cosas sin consultarme? — Caroline está que no se lo cree — Pudiste haberme dicho que está gente se mudaría aquí, ¡esta es nuestra casa!. Si, nuestra casa no solo de tu propiedad.
— ¡Tranquilízate! Esta gente como tú los llamas son mi familia y además tú tampoco me diste por enterado que salías con un tal Marcelo...

Caroline se ha quedado muda de repente, su marido se ha enterado de su desliz y no logra reponerse tan pronto así que decide continuar.
— ¿Esta bien pero podríamos hablarlo? debe ser un malentendido no te he contado pero ese tipo me está acosando...
— ¡Deja de fingir por favor! No acabes con la poca paciencia que me queda y vas a aguantar a mi familia aquí. Aunque pensándolo bien creo que es mejor el divorcio...
— ¡No! ¡no! no, ¡escucha! Tenemos que hablar Arthur yo te explicaré como sucedieron las cosas...
Pero un ruido en el teléfono la interrumpe es su marido, que la ha dejado hablando sola y ahora tiene claro que su vida no volverá a ser la misma ya sea por la pandemia o por la familia de su Arthur. ¿Habrá castigo alguno para la infidelidad y la traición? al parecer para Caroline si habría.
