¡Hola mi querido! Seas un nuevo usuario o antiguo lector, bienvenido a mi blog. Esta es mi entrada para el concurso propuesto por @ambarvegas en la comunidad de puro amor de Loving HIVE ❤ donde pondré mi esfuerzo en responder unas buenas preguntas que todos al comenzar en la plataforma nos hacemos.
Hello my dear! Whether you are a new user or old reader, welcome to my blog. This is my entry for the contest proposed by @ambarvegas in the pure love community of Loving HIVE ❤ where I will put my effort in answering some good questions that we all when starting on the platform ask to ourselves.
¿Qué es Hive? | What is Hive?
Hive es una plataforma descentralizada, es decir que se mantiene gracias a sus propios usuarios y tiene la libertad para expresarse sin censura. Funciona como una red social donde el contenido principal o Post se basan en blogs donde puedes colocar imágenes, escritos largos o cortos, tutoriales, subir videos y en general hacer cualquier cosa y sobre cualquier cosa. Nosotros los "creadores de contenido" nos dedicamos a publicar contenido original y de valor.
Hive is a decentralized platform, which means that it is maintained by its own users and has the freedom to express themselves without censorship. It works as a social network where the main content or Post is based on blogs where you can post images, long or short writings, tutorials, upload videos and in general do anything and about anything. We "content creators" are dedicated to publish original and valuable content.
Las ventajas de Hive es que recompensa a sus creadores de contenido al cabo de 7 días de haber publicado, con Hive Backed Dollars (HBD) y Hive Power (HP) según la cantidad de votos y poder que esos usuarios tengan. Mientras mejor contenido de valor, más interés tendrán los que tienen grandes votos (Ballenas) y mayor serán las recompensas. También mientras más participes mayor poder e influencia tendrás en la plataforma y más seguidores de valor. Y para que la plataforma siga andando es importante tomar en cuenta que el plagio está mal visto y es importante convivir con la comunidad a través del apoyo a otros trabajos con upvotes, reblogs y comentarios.
The advantages of Hive is that it rewards its content creators after 7 days of publishing, with Hive Backed Dollars (HBD) and Hive Power (HP) according to the amount of votes and power those users have. The better the valuable content, the more interest those with high votes (Whales) will have and the higher the rewards will be. Also, the more you participate, the more power and influence you will have on the platform and the more valuable followers you will have. And to keep the platform running it is important to take into account that plagiarism is frowned upon and it is important to live with the community by supporting other works with upvotes, reblogs and comments.
¿Cómo supe de Hive? | How did I hear about Hive?
Mucho antes de que existiera Hive, me enteré por unos amigos de una banda llamada Funk Media de esta red que se llama Steemit, mi novio y yo leímos y nos informamos de ella, creamos nuestros usuarios pero nunca nos atrevimos a crear contenido, por miedo, dudas, etc. y lo dejamos así.
Long before Hive existed, I found out from some friends of a band called Funk Media about this network called Steemit, my boyfriend and I read and informed ourselves about it, we created our users but we never dared to create content, because of fear, doubts, etc. and we left it like that.
Ya conociendo el principio de la red, el año pasado mi amiga @dimeshana nos comentó (a mí y varios compañeros) sobre Hive. Lo pensé por un tiempo, me di cuenta de cómo iba su éxito en la plataforma y di el primer paso para crear mi cuenta, aprender a armar los post, planificar y perder el miedo, comenzando con mi primer post: [ES/EN] Mi primer post al fin en HIVE: Introducción/ My first post in HIVE: Introduction (Solo hay que darle a las letras azules para ir al post) y estaba muy emocionada porque recibió mucho más cariño de lo que esperaba dándome motivación a seguir publicando. Algo importante es que Shana (@dimeshana) e @ilazramusic estuvieron conmigo en todo el camino, de hecho tienen muchos tutoriales que enseñan todo sobre Hive, hasta poder “volar sola”.
Already knowing the principle of the network, last year my friend @dimeshana told us (me and several colleagues) about Hive. Something important is that Shana (@dimeshana) and @ilazramusic were with me all the way, in fact they have many tutorials that teach everything about Hive, until being able to "fly alone".
¿Cuáles eran mis dudas al ingresar a Hive? | What were my doubts when I joined Hive?
Tener dudas es algo común y yo tenía muchas, tales como:
1 - ¿De dónde sale el dinero y es dinero de verdad?: Debo confesar que soy una aprendiz en las redes descentralizadas pero es igual que el plan de comprar unas máquinas que minan dinero digital, sigo sin saber de dónde viene. Aún así entendí que es dinero real que se puede cambiar, manipular y gastar. No hay nada ilegal.
2 - ¿Qué rayos es Markdown?: Resulta que es un lenguaje con códigos que utilizan para estructurar y crear páginas web (los estudiantes de computación lo conocen bien). Bastó sentarme con calma, ver 2 tutoriales super sencillos (realmente 1 bastaba) y practicar con las publicaciones, viendo cuál se veía mejor hasta encontrar lo que funcionaba mejor para mi.
3 - ¿Con qué frecuencia debo publicar, me quitará mucho tiempo?: Ser creador de contenido lleva tiempo, concentración y todo depende de la dedicación que le des. Puedes dedicar 1 hora o 5, es tu decisión. No hace falta publicar todos los días, puede ser una vez a la semana pero lo importante es no desaparecer de la plataforma. Tal cual como uno pasa 2 horas en Instagram puedes dedicarlo a ver publicaciones de otros y dejar tus impresiones en ellas. Eso también es ser parte de la cadena de bloques. Particularmente subo contenido 1 o de veces al día, porque esa fue mi decisión.
4 - ¿Qué voy a publicar?: Realmente puedes publicar lo que sea puede ser un talento, trabajo, escritos, poemas, videos graciosos, tutoriales, maquillaje, viajes, anime, música, baile y pare de contar. Yo comencé haciendo retos y participando en iniciativas hasta que fui tomando confianza, ahora lo sigo haciendo porque me entretiene bastante pero estoy segura de que me irá bien publicando otros proyectos.
5 - ¿Qué voy a hacer si a la gente no le gusta mi contenido?: Existen miles y miles de personas en el mundo y en Hive con miles de gustos, seguramente encuentras tu nicho y un lugar cómodo donde mostrar tu contenido y a muchos les va a gustar, uno nunca sabe, quizá puedas enamorar a una ballena con tu contenido. A la plataforma le gusta el contenido original, desde tu punto de vista, con parte de ti.
6 - No entiendo nada, hay demasiada información, cómo funciona esto: Calma. Hay que relajarse y leer, encontrar tu espacio cómodo sin agobiarse.
Having doubts is a common thing and I had many, such as:
1 - Where does the money come from and is it real money?: I must confess that I am an apprentice in decentralized networks but it is just like the plan to buy some machines that mine digital money, I still don't know where it comes from. Still I understood that it is real money that can be exchanged, manipulated and spent. There is nothing illegal.
2 - What the heck is Markdown?: It turns out it's a coding language used to structure and create web pages (computer students know it well). It was enough to sit down calmly, watch 2 super simple tutorials (really 1 was enough) and practice with the publications, seeing which one looked better until I found what worked best for me.
3 - How often should I publish, will it take a lot of my time?: Being a content creator takes time, concentration and it all depends on the dedication you give to it. You can dedicate 1 hour or 5, it's your decision. It is not necessary to publish every day, it can be once a week but the important thing is not to disappear from the platform. Just as you spend 2 hours on Instagram, you can dedicate it to see other people's posts and leave your impressions on them. That's also being part of the blockchain. I particularly upload content 1 or 2 times a day, because that was my decision.
4 - What am I going to publish?: You can publish anything, it can be a talent, work, writings, poems, funny videos, tutorials, makeup, travel, anime, music, dance and stop counting. I started doing challenges and participating in initiatives until I became more confident, now I keep doing it because it entertains me a lot but I'm sure I'll do well publishing other projects.
5 - What am I going to do if people don't like my content?: There are thousands and thousands of people in the world and on Hive with thousands of tastes, surely you find your niche and a comfortable place to show your content and many will like it, you never know, maybe you can make a whale fall in love with your content. The platform likes original content, from your point of view, with part of you.
6 - I don't understand anything, there is too much information, how does this work: Calm down. You have to relax and read, find your comfortable space without getting overwhelmed.
¿Cuál ha sido mi experiencia hasta el momento? | What has been my experience so far?
La experiencia de Jesymar Marcano ha sido increíblemente buena, puedo hacer lo que quiera, siempre con mucho respeto y humildad, encuentro constantemente mucho contenido chévere, bien hecho y todos los días descubro una comunidad nueva con contenido increíble. La oportunidad de ganar recompensas ha sido maravillosa, de hecho cuando estuve mucho más activa en Hive el año pasado por el mes de agosto - septiembre vi una mejoría muy importante en mis finanzas, me hice un regalo de cumpleaños y todo. Lamentablemente me alejé de Hive, porque soy vaga simplemente eso, y siento que fue una muy mala decisión. Pude haber crecido más en la plataforma y llegar a mejores recompensas pero no me doy por vencida sigo creando contenido y ganando.
The Jesymar Marcano experience has been incredibly good, I can do whatever I want, always with a lot of respect and humility, I constantly find a lot of cool content, well done and every day I discover a new community with amazing content. The opportunity to earn rewards has been wonderful, in fact when I was much more active on Hive last year around August - September I saw a very important improvement in my finances, I got myself a birthday present and everything. Unfortunately I walked away from Hive (because I am lazy just that), and I feel it was a very bad decision. I could have grown more on the platform and reached better rewards but I don't give up I keep creating content and winning.
Soy de Venezuela y las cosas nunca están 100% bien y Hive es una opción válida para poder mejorar mi situación económica, la oportunidad de conectarme con otros y conocer talentos.
I am from Venezuela and things are never 100% good and Hive is a valid option to improve my economic situation, the opportunity to connect with others and meet talents.
