I went to a tour site.
On street I saw artists who sketch tourist for some coins.
I asked one artist to draw me and I got the drawing and gave some coins to the artist.
But some rich bully in the town is angry about the drawing. Why? I don't know.
He took and throw the coins away,
and people in the town say that it is justified by the bully's throwing away the same amount of coins he had.
Is the coin money ?
No, I don't think so.
It was the case before HF21.
Now with HF21, it is justified even without the bully's throwing away his own coins.
Steem before HF21 was not money, and Steem with HF21 is farther from money.
You and I have different view about Steem's money feature.
Let's see how outsiders view Steem as money or currency or not.
Down-Voting should be removed from Steem, so that it can be considered as money or currency by outsiders.
