Breathe deep... Isn't it wonderful to be alive? Waking up to a beautiful sunrise, or the warmth of a loved one against your skin. Each day is a brand-new adventure in this book called life. I was born with a good nature and consider it a lost day if I haven't done something good in the last 24 hours. Knowing what it's like to be down, it feels great to give back.

What if...

Asking myself: If I died today, will I have left something behind? For those of you that believe in the afterlife, imagine meeting all of the people you've helped when you were here. Our good deeds are like ripples in a pond and I know they have more of an impact than we can ever imagine.

Its 2 AM, the phone rings. Your friend is stranded in the snow in the dead of winter. Maybe you had a hard day at work and you're dog-tired. However, you do the right thing, dragging yourself out of bed to rescue your buddy. Deep down, you know he'd do the same for you. How many of us have had a scenario like that play out in our life? The relief in your friend’s eyes when your car pulls up to save the day made it all worthwhile.
