Apple TV+ the new streaming service, has a start date of Friday November 1, 2019. Featuring series such as The Morning Show starring Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon, the NASA-themed alternate history drama For All Mankind, as well as SEE with Jason Momoa. Going up against industry heavyweight Netflix, led the company to hatch a novel idea in order to introduce the platform to the widest audience possible.

With a starting price of just $4.99 per month, Apple realized that they needed to do something more to add value to video junkies.
