As a CEO, i only hire PhD Holders!

Contrary to what you and i think, Mr. Starks knows this too but he went ahead overhyping his company's staff. PhD holders might not grow your business or make your company grow, my definition of PhD is a superstar who is poor, hungry and determined in attitude and spirit.
It is a professional courtesy to care about paper and educational qualifications. But the experienced business mogul will care far less about paper qualification, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background or any other typical societal bullshits...He/she only cares about an employee or subject who has passion.
These society-made walls divide us, in reality we are all one!
We all laugh, cry, dream and love. We embrace diversity and sometimes celebrates the differences in values. We all believe in the power of dreams and in the power of the human spirit.
The most important thing in life are your character, your values, your resillience, your work ethic and your hunger which could never be found on a CV/Resumé. We want to hear about the time you failed and what you learned; people would love to hear about how far you travelled in life on nothing but integrity, grit, courage and hardwork.
As far as i am concerned and my @steem-lagos team is concerned, a rockstar is someone who wants to achieve the extraordinary in life, someone who is ready to climb the biggest mountains to unleash his/her potentials. Someone who lives to defy odds; someone who is willing to make the toughest sacrifices for a dream, that someone who dares to be original!
