“These guys are out of control,” he said. “They are openly advocating for racism and bigotry. It’s not appropriate to be spending taxpayer money on that. If they want to be a private institution and pursue their bizarre, bigoted ideology, that’s their prerogative. But taxpayers shouldn’t have to fund it.” --Washington State Representative Matt Manweller on Evergreen College and its snowflakes. |
Bezerkley Snowflake Explodes
(Big Hat tip to Kacie Burnette for featuring this video in her story) This video needs no explanation. I just thought everyone needed a chuckle. After all, how often do you get to meet a Bezerkeley snowflake in full cry? This shows a man going bonkers over an advertisement which uses the word "cumming" instead of "coming" on a poster announcing an appearance by the dastardly Milo Yiannopoulos.
(Sheesh. Take a pill.)
Muslims Have Rights - Christians Don't?
Steve Crowder's interviews on the Wisconsin campus are legendary...Crowder has a way of exposing bigoted snowflakes and then hanging them out to dry. Here's a classic example, as UW-Madison students explain that Muslims should have the right to turn down work which conflicts with their religious faith...but Christians should not.
These clips are tightly edited, but one thing really stands out: These hypocritical morons actually believe the drivel they spout. Worse yet, they are too stupid to see their own moral blinders. Watch them as they struggle for some way to excuse their hypocrisy once they've figured out they've been herded into an intellectual cul-de-sac. "Duh...er...well...ah...but Christians...umm...er..."
Watch:
UW-Madison students support freedom for Muslim singers. What about Christian photographers?
Check Your Privilege, Racist White Person!

Image: College Fix
Okay, take the test. If you're a white person, or like white people, you flunk:
The higher your score, the higher your overall privilege. But , of course, the quiz isn't necessarily comprehensive. According to the paragraph at the bottom, even if you score low on the test, you can still be privileged if you're not of a minority "gender, sexual orientation, class, [or] religion." To earn the full measure of extra credit, students were also required to reflect on their score in an essay.
This is a perfect example of the alt-left's policy of divisive politics, "Divide and conquer" is the name of the game, and it is aimed at creating victim groups, without which the left will fail. The "path to a collective future" can only be achieved by destroying any and all concepts of personal freedom. Only the government, Marxists and their fellow travellers hold, can solve our problems, because individuals are too stupid to do it themselves.
As Ronald Reagan pointed out, government is not the solution, government is the problem.
Evergreen Sows Lawmaker's Response

A Washington state lawmaker is promoting legislation in response to Evergreen State College’s controversial spring quarter. If passed, it would not only impact Evergreen’s campus but universities across the state....and...
[Representative Jim Walsh] is sponsoring HB 2223, which requires Washington’s colleges to adopt policies of free speech and anti-student-on-student harassment. It’s a response, he says, to Evergreen State College’s lack of true diversity.
State Representative Walsh is not the only Washington State legislator to express dismay at Evergreen's fascism outbreak. Back last summer, Rep. Matt Manweller suggested the legislature should cut off Evergreen's access to public funds. He introduced a bill to do just that by phasing out Evergreen over five years and letting them fend for themselves as a private college. HB 2221, AN ACT Relating to transitioning The Evergreen State College to a private four-year institution of higher education... is in the pipeline. Here's a taste:
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. The legislature finds that it is incumbent upon public universities and colleges to foster an environment that is conducive to free, open, and rigorous dialogue. Because public universities and colleges are paid for with taxpayer dollars, they have a greater responsibility to be respectful and tolerant of all students regardless of geography, political affiliation, or personal values. When a public university or college fails to uphold those values, it is the responsibility of the legislature to transition that university or college from a public institution to a private institution.
NEW SECTION. Sec. 2. A new section is added to chapter 28B.40 RCW to read as follows:
(1) The board of trustees of The Evergreen State College, in consultation with the office of financial management, shall develop a plan to transition The Evergreen State College to a private four-year institution of higher education over five years. The plan must include recommendations for legislative action during the 2019 legislative session to implement decisions and resolve issues, including creating a new tuition fee schedule and modifying current state requirements for The Evergreen State College. The plan is due to the governor and the relevant fiscal and policy committees of the legislature by December 1, 2018, in accordance with the reporting requirements in RCW 43.01.036.
We will have to wait for the next session of the legislature to determine the nature of Evergreen's Karma.
