As my first Foodblog #1 2 weeks ago had quite a good feedback, I decided to make a series out of it :) - And as some of you already know (incase you follow me) my true passion and main content is about photography, so I will try to combine those foodblogs with photography.
LET'S COOK! ;)
Migoreng (Indonesian Noodles) 🍜
Ingredients (2-3 Portions)
- 3 Packs of Migoreng
- 1 Carotte
- 1 Purple Onion
- 3 - 5 Chilies
- 3 Eggs
- Cabbage (1/4 - 1/2 a head, depends the size)
- Oyster Souce
- Soja Souce
- Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Step 1
- Add 2 tablespoons of Oil to a Pan, heat it up and add 3 Eggs.
Scrumble the eggs and add Salt & Pepper - As soon the eggs are ready, remove them from the Pan and let them cool down.
Step 2
- Cut onion & chili in small cubes
Add 2 tablespoons of oil to a pan, head it up and add chili + onion
Fry everything in your pen for around 2 mins and start cutting the carotte + cabbage during this time
Now add everything into your pan and fry it for around 5 mins + 2 - 3 spoons of Soja Souce
Step 3
- boil water and add you 3 packs of migoreng noodles (alternative you can also use any other kind of noodles)
After cooking the Noodles add the noodles attached souces + 3 spoons of Oyster Souce.
- Now add the Eggs + Noodles to your pan
Now mix everything together and your meal is ready :))
