My Entry for the Pay-it-Forward Curation Contest - Week 37

I love finding new under-valued Steemians and this contest is a great excuse to find fabulous bloggers whose post aren't getting the attention they deserve. In case you aren't aware, the Pay It Forward Curation Contest is a weekly challenge from @pifc to find bloggers to promote.

If you want to know some of the things I look for when curating for Pay-it-Forward, please check out this article on How to Get Curated.

I'm running a bit behind this week (December is often like that for me.)

Here are this week's selections - reputation 55 or under.

Selection #1 - @nayita238 (rep 44)

Miss Universo 2018.
Hit the translate button because this 16-year-old blogger is totally worth our support!
I don't follow Miss Universe pageants, but it is something of great importance to this teenager, and she's done an excellent job of covering this interest. Her images are sourced and she even includes a picture of herself when she won the Queen of Spring title.

At time of writing, this post only had 0.03 SBD in expected rewards. Let's give this young lady some much-deserved love!

Selection #2 - @joshuaslane (rep 37)

“Silver Cycles” Adventures of Captain Joshua Slane- 21DE18 – ‘Callum MacGibbon the rogue pirate?!!’

Most of my followers know by now that I write fiction - posted in a daily series here on Steemit. Well, here's another series worth following - that had me cracking up because the language is just so wonderful!!!

This is a pirate story with very genuine Scottish accent splattered throughout. (Read it out loud and you'll get most of it.) I don't know which chapter it is because it goes back quite a ways and he labels the posts by date, not by episode. It's definitely worth jumping into the middle though, it's still very enjoyable!

At time of writing, this post only had 0.01 SBD (my upvote) - and most of the episodes have no rewards at all. He deserves much more than this for sure!

These are my selections for this week. Please visit them and give them some love - even if you don't have voting power to spare, a kind word can make all the difference!

Note: All images remain property of the original poster. I've only used their locations.
