It's a busy month of Ramadan! Many kind of foods I am going to cook everyday before breaking the fast. I'm gonna try sharing what I baked yesterday.

This is my own version:

Ingredients:

4 cups flour
I tea cup oil
I tea cup sugar
2 pcs eggs
1 tablespoon yeast
I cup fresh milk
A little salt

Cheese for the filling.

Procedures:
Mix all liquid ingredients, add salt and sugar then add yeast. Mix it well then add the flour to form a dough. Set aside for 1 hour or as long as it double in size.

Cover this with clean towel.

Actually, with this mixture I can make many as much bread or even pizza at the same time. But I am just show you first how to make the Rose bread.

First step:

Flattened the dough and make four circle.

Second step:
Add filling as you desire.

Third step:
Cover half of the form dough with half on it.

Fourth step:
Gently roll the dough

Fifth step:
Put it in an oiled pan to avoid sticking.

Sixth step:
Baking in a moderately heat of the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Done!

You can add margarine as you desired and sprinkle with powdered sugar. But because we are old, we avoid putting sugar on it.
