Chapter2. What are STEEM, STEEM POWER, STEEM DOLLARS?

Hello, I'm ninzacode! Looking at the last post I wrote, did you sign up for Steemit?
Then... In this time, Let's learn about Tokens is used in Steemit.
In Steemit, there are three tokens called STEEM, STEEM POWER and STEEM DOLLARS.

Before learn about that, Access your wallet page for checking your balance. When you login Steemit, you can see the same page as below picture. Click on your profile picture, then you will see a 'Wallet' on the list.

If you click 'Wallet' on the list, you can access the same page as below picture. This page contain STEEM, STEEM POWER, STEEM DOLLARS mentioned above. And... Estimated value is also contained this page.

For the first time, Let's learn about 'STEEM'. STEEEM is tradeable tokens and it can be transfered at anytime. You can replace STEEM to STEEM POWER in a ratio of 1:1 immediately. And you can convert STEEM POWER to STEEM through 'Power down' process called. If you start Power down, you can obtain STEEM by dividing STEEM POWER at a constant rate over 104 weeks. So, you should be careful to replace STEEM to STEEM POWER.

Second Tokens are 'STEEM POWER'. STEEM POWER can't trade and tranfer as I mentioned above. STEEM POWER is influence tokens that earn more power for holding long term and voting on posts. The people with '10000' STEEM POWER can influence other's rewards than the people with '100' STEEM POWER. And you can get interest while holding for the inflation increase of STEEM.

Lastly... 'STEEM DOLLARS' are tokens worth about $1.00 of STEEM. you can convert STEEM DOLLARS to STEEM. but in this process you need a week. In my opinion, If you want to get STEEM through STEEM DOLLARS, I recommend to buy than convert. It depends on you. And if you hold STEEM DOLLARS long term, you can get an annual interest of 10 percent while holding.
